    @caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

    @virginmedia can’t get through on the phone, so you launch an app to manage your own account, then when you try and make changes it sends you to a chat option which also you can’t get through on. Your service is an absolute joke !

    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    @virginmedia what is the problem with the broadband in the L9 area?! It’s been dodgy for weeks now and my husband now has to use his phone as a hotspot to be able to actually work from home because the broadband is so shocking!

    @virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

They disconnected us 8 days before our move and there is no way, any customer service personnel could help get us reconnected for the week before our actual moving date. We had to cancel working from home, and have no access to internet in crucial days

    @virginmedia Please advise how I can get help. And why moving house with virgin media takes hours on webchat and calling to get a moving date, then connection is set up but the billing is literally impossible and I get charged extra in fees for the privilege of the stress. 3/5

    @Marc251983 @virginmedia Totally agree Marc! I arrived home to find my Wi-Fi and tv not working! Done all tests! Ended up booking a engineer for Thursday morning. 10 mins later being told cancelled because of bigger problem and will be resolved later on the day!

    @virginmedia Even after new customers initial deal ends they are left on a lower price/higher internet speed than an existing customer. It took insurance companies a long time to realise they were doing this, guess your industry hasn't yet. 30 year customer going elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Don't bother, it's back on again now. This happens far too often. Out of nowhere, clearly no fault my end, it just goes off at terrible times for anywhere between 10 mins and an hour. No explanation, nothing. Had enough now, think I'll be looking for a new service provider.
