@virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

@virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

@virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve checked it each time it has occurred and there’s no problem showing, I’ve also restarted and rebooted numerous times over the last couple of days and it still intermittently just stops working.

@virginmedia absolutely shocking treatment when trying to sort an upgrade out, asked to speak to the manager was told I can't sniggered at and the phone was then put down... we have three contracts Internet and tv with you safe to say we won't be renewing

@TerryBossons @virginmedia Since Covid no body answers phones any more crazy, shocking though that is @TerryBossons really bad costumer service and lack of information I had this with Sky very similar 2 very poor service providers with little thought of what’s going on in todays climate

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.
