Called last weekend to sort and was told it was sorted, I’ve just been credited £5 rather than the £20 paid for initial set up. I am SO tired of this. Please fix it.

The problems kept happening even with a new router.. its been months of calling & faffing around trying to get this problem fixed & still nothing, its a joke.
