@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

Typical from @virginmedia, who after 3.5 hours pick up the online help request. The assistant assures me that I "have reached the right person to help with your query" before completely failing to do that.... So without warning passes me to the back of another online queue #fail
