Andrea Day (@Andreaeday) reported from Biddulph, England@virginmedia 2/2 when modem mode was suggest I was just told it “turns off WiFi” - no help on how to fix. VPN is common from domestic WiFi - you should be clear and transparent to customers that you don’t support rather than charging for gadget rescue for something that can’t be fixed.
-
𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

Emma Cowdrill (@CowdrillEmma) reported@virginmedia my vulnerable 90 yr old mother is one of those caught up in the tactics that caused you to be fined 28m by Ofcom. I still cannot extricate her from her contract or get through to someone who will help. I can't even do the basics and set up a DD!
-
Daithi (@daithigor) reportedI used to be able to cancel Virgin Media over email. I have the emails to prove it. The last time I tried to cancel over email I was told they "changed the system" and had to ring to cancel.
-
Jake Maddocks (@MakeJaddocks) reported@LBC Virgin Media overcharged me when I tried to cancel and then gave me a default when I cancelled my DD I’ve appealed to them and the credit scoring agencies with evidence but no responses If anyone has any advice, please let me know

Andy (@andyosb) reported@Ofcom @virginmedia did exactly the same thing to me back in 2019! It was - and still is - the worst customer service experience of my life (and I'm now 65). I was just so relieved to escape them eventually. They're utter scum. Do yourself a favour & don't go anywhere near this company
-
d f (@ToddCoxeter) reported@Shiv_who_burns @virginmedia Rude, no? I swear that, for Virgin, mumbling in accents in a noisy call centre is a deliberate tactic. Anyhow. I switched to basically a business broadband. It's both a bit dear, and cheaper than those pirates.
-
Hatz (@DevilHatman) reported@virginmedia The hilarious part... your complaints team sends me an email saying we agreed a resolution and closed it. We have abso-*******-lutely not agreed a resolution. I haven't even been able to speak to anyone yet and nobody has replied to response. @Ofcom
-
Joe Naughton (@JoeNaConnacht) reported@mcardle_mi42856 Never even checked Virgin media 3, I’ll make sure to check it next week. Didn’t think they had live sport on there.
