I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

Hopeless you put wrong no. on pay as you go and then charged me for the outstanding contract period of the number you cut of in error. Numerous calls and now you have cut my three lines off.

I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much!
