I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

@VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

If this is the level of customer service that I can expect then you can expect termination of agreement before my cooling off period expires.

We were initially promised compensation in Feb's bill, then March...then April...
