    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @VodafoneUK Hi. That doesn’t explain why my data service drops like a stone when I’m approaching Gatwick and inside the terminal. I use my phone for work and cannot be isolated like this

    @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade my mobile phone at lunch time with you and absolutely appalling service. The customer service didn’t have a clue what they were doing and started changing my address to an address 8 years ago!
