Daphne Patterson (@DonegalDaphne) reported from Lisburn, Northern IrelandI pulled a #Switcheroo with @CPWTweets to @VodafoneUK yesterday. Paul S Ell (@paulsell) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@VodafoneUK has overcharged me on 10 of 12 broadband bills. Customer Service agree it’s their fault & owe me £98.50 in calls which should have been covered by an £8pm inclusive pack randomly repeatedly cancelled by them. Refund refused & £16 offered after 4 hours on phone. Avoid!
