@VodafoneUK I’ve already been to the ombudsman and had it investigated nothing can be done it’s a poor infrastructure according to vodafone I’m cancelling when the contract ends in December

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

More problems with @VodafoneUK . They've managed to charge me for day use of data between the 2 bundles that were supposed to autorenew. And support on 191 are giving absolutely unrealistic explanations. What a shame that a big communications company cannot get their IT right.

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp when you send out the engineer tmw to fix the line supplying our broadband please can you make sure he has the hoist. Your engineers can't get up the pole without it and the last 2 engineers didn't come with wings. It's been 9 days and counting...wtf

@VodafoneUK the phone has been out of order 4 weeks! My terminally ill 93 year old godmother has not been able to speak to her friends. I have had numerous phone calls with your customer service and they tell me every day it will be fixed. It’s disgusting! Pls sort it!
