    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK mobile WiFi box is majorly slow. Won’t load anything on PlayStation despite full bae 4G. Been like this for ages now. Fed up!

    @VodafoneUK I have even been to the apple store and they have said nothing wrong with the phone ive tried the sim in another phone and it still only has 3G signal.

    @VodafoneUK It’s 1am & I have to re-arrange half my living room to do this. From previous, it does. Our test socket is by our front door and is a trip hazard with getting a power cable to it. Just want a solution where I don’t need to permanently have the router in the test socket.

    @lynes_george @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS What's the signal like? I've always thought of them as the backstreet, cheap-phone type. Happy to be corrected, but I've only ever used Vodafone & EE. Did have Virgin Mobile a while back, but that was a scabby EE contract with expensive overseas roaming.

    @VodafoneUK can you help with why my closed account with you is still showing as active with credit agencies and a hard search as well when it was closed and finalised in December 2020. Seems a common problem on your forums and told to write to your social media to get it fixed.

    @VodafoneUK thank you for your reply, i would try DM'ing you but this has been raised to 3rd line tech over 4 days ago and nothing has worked they have tried, hard reset, reset network settings, reset apn, disconnect reconnect, blocking data and unblocking data. nothing seems to work..
