A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago! I am on day 5 and it still turned on! I was told on Friday it was taken off my account but it's not! I am on the phone again to try and get this sorted AGAIN!
