Jue (@just_jue205) reported from Harwich, England@VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now
-
Ajay 🕷 (@ajaybb) reported from Colchester, England@VodafoneUK am very annoyed. Persuaded by cold call from you to change plan, told it would take a few hours, 24 hours later I still have no phone signal. Not good enough!
-
Lizzie Jane 🎭 (@LizzieMizzie_) reported from Elmstead Market, England@VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.
-
Alistair Heron (Al apple) (@Al_roar) reported from Wivenhoe, England@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.
-
Lizzie Jane 🎭 (@LizzieMizzie_) reported from Elmstead Market, England@VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

Jaime Lannister (@callandobocas83) reported@VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line. They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
-
Randall Flagg (@RandallFlaggDT) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
-
Jane Skudder (@janeskuds) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...
-
CogWheel (@babbageismus) reported@Srooney67 @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I’ve never checked my ‘credit rating’, how would I do that?
-
Gray Jones (@GrayJon44548451) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After my contract ended with Vodafone, they continued to take money out of my account for 8 months. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.
-
Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.
-
Adrian Ady⁴⁴⚪️ (@Adrian87262636) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Oh man.. I’ve had it too with Vodafone. I’ll never have a contract with them ever again.
-
Gee 🏴 (@xgee_geex) reported3. The country origins should not take away or limit my statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a UK consumer 4. @VodafoneUK you are responsible for putting things right 5.I will not be paying the remaining balance of my contract for a broken phone you refuse to repair
-
Wendydyson 💜 (@Wendydyson8) reported@VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently. Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code. She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint
-
dissyteabag (@dissy_teabag) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I found the worst to deal with were tv licensing I was harassed for weeks after telling them dad died as they were adamant mum needed in for her care home which she didn’t
