    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK hi someone gave me a call in regards to some offers for being a loyal customer and they had an offer on a sim only deal the agent said they will call back but missed the call due to being at work. Any chance the agent can give me another call please

    @VodafoneUK hi my Account Number: 7059384730. i signed up the contract with £20.7 per month, but i have been charged correctly for the first month and the third month, the rest months i have been overcharged. i rang up in July and was told that you would correct it but never did

    @TransUnionUK I'm trying to understand how I get my credit file corrected .@VodafoneUK have supplied you with incorrect information and have closed my complaint and have refused to acknowledge their mistake. I have proof ,on letter headed paper along with numerous emails.
