    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Thankyou for fighting this cause. Tho’ not impacted personally by Vodafone, many other providers, incl utility, make it impossible to contact them in a reasonable way, have unacceptable wait times and staff that never call back. At the end of the day, people just give up. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone still haven’t fully cancelled my account and I put the request in 6 years ago! Now having to get Experian to help get it off my credit report. They are a bunch of cowboys!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Many points apply to dealing w. vulnerable relatives, via PoA. VF staff in Cairo were sympathetic, if not able to help. UK staff were worse. Need rules vs. mis-selling. My rel was sold a data contract they didn't need/use. VF shd be obliged to review accs & offer better tariffs.

    I spent over an hour yesterday speaking to customer services who said no point complaining we know the issue & nothings going to change and NO I cannot speak to a manager. This is pandemount to obtaining monies by deception @VodafoneUK @EE have perfect service in same area

    @VodafoneUK I need to discuss my account w a real person. When I call 191 I get texts diverting me to an ‘online expert’. When I use the chat online I get nowhere. Why is it so difficult to talk with someone? You’re about to lose a long-term loyal customer. How can we talk?

    @W0NK042 @VodafoneUK ... and the FAQ also says : "We’ll be meeting the government’s ambition to turn off our 2G service by 2033 – so we won’t be retiring our 2G network anytime soon."
