Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Because of their shite service/customer service, I terminated the contract. This is a company that kept on sending phone bills to my friend’s deceased husband for years - even if she informed them of his passing.
