@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@VodafoneUK Big tech fan here and I know you send out review units to people. Would be great to have the opportunity with this phone or others going forward. I'm also a Vodafone customer, unlike some of the reviewers. Probably unlikely but I thought it was worth throwing that out there.

@VodafoneUK disgusting service. My 80 yr old dad couldn’t remember 2 of his security questions, you wouldnt go any further with the call or ask him any others. All he wanted was to upgrade his mobile Wi-Fi. You wouldn’t let him cancel the contract even. So much stress for him.

@VodafoneUK pity ya can’t speak to a real person these days. I thought when I said to the automated voice “terminate my account”, a real person would be there ready to offer me a good deal, Webchat- NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
