    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK So if an Vodafone customer (account holder) buys a phone contract on behalf of their son or daughter or sister and they sadly pass away during the contract term. Can they Vodafone account holder close down without fees? By speaking to the bereavement team.

    Dear @VodafoneUK - the customer service I have experienced in the last 48 hours - online, in person and by telephone - has been utterly utterly woeful. Still no resolution to my issue and I’m being passed from pillar to post. Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer 😞

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ritchie but that approach has been fruitless. I've been with Vodafone unbroken on two year contracts & always previously had good customer service. Not now! I've been told I'm now not going to be offered the 20% plan discount & £5 renewal discount I've previously enjoyed.

    @VodafoneUK the 4g speeds in UK postcode area BD22 have been painfully slow since March 29th. Sometimes only 10% what they should be. I'm not getting anywhere with tech support. Please can you help?
