    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    Wow @VodafoneUK support really is shocking isn't it. 20 mins on the chatbot and 20 mins with an agent, no warm handovers just to connect to the @ThreeUKSupport network they told me would be automatic. Shambles

    @iD_Mobile_UK can you please explain why I’m paying for a non existent service when I’m out & about at home? It’s been weeks & the signal is minimal at best - all since @ThreeUK merged with @VodafoneUK 3 whose mast it is say not their problem 🤬 loyal customer about to leave…..
