@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

.@VodafoneUK specialists in customer service failure. Call the UK contact number, follow voice prompts, reconnects you to an endless loop without ever speaking to someone. Use the webchat, repeat yourself continually for half an hour, chat agent drops off. Do it all over again.👏

@VodafoneUK @gregnotinchina Will @VodafoneUK reimburse the £2 daily cost of these underground WiFi packages? It's such a ridiculous step backwards. Have been a Vodafone customer since 2008 but if I can't read emails and respond to teams messages on the tube I'll need to go to another network.

@VodafoneUK Vodafail strikes again!! Usable service since last Thursday. After complaining, I received a call from a manager saying its going to be 10-17 days before your service is resolved. Check the website. Unwilling to provide any further info. Disgusting. #vodafail
