@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Losing the will to live. In a @VodafoneUK shop (3rd visit for same task) simply trying to cancel and old unused contract. Absolute sh*t show with the @vodaphone customer service call centre and bureaucracy - worse service possible. Still not been able to cancel the damn contract

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz you are shocking. 4 days without a working mobile number. Being told it will work in 24hrs - 4 days later no one works at weekends who know what they are doing. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid avoid. Shameful customer service.

Great service for loyal customers @VodafoneUK been with them for 30+ yrs seen a great deal today so went to upgrade early and pay the cost ( runs out April) but can't have that deal as the airtime data is lower than my current one..... time to look elsewhere

@VodafoneUK I can't login to my account(s) because the Vodafone website is persistently sending 2FAs to my old number, which I have complained about multiple times over MANY months now. Please someone contact me & fix this so I never have to deal with this stupid problem again.
