@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

@VodafoneUK I should have stayed with o2 because at least I got a signal and my handset actually worked unlike Vodafone who don't care about it's customers who have no 4g no signal having to rely on WiFi worst customer care ever absolutely rubbish

@VodafoneUK Lights all lit solid, hasn't dropped connection but it's terrible performance. Couldn't get the broadband test tool to load on your site at all. Tried speed test and Google speed test both showing terrible speeds
