    @VodafoneUK am very annoyed. Persuaded by cold call from you to change plan, told it would take a few hours, 24 hours later I still have no phone signal. Not good enough!

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    @VodafoneUK bravo for mess up everything for me.And the effort to fix it wow I have to admit that is pretty much zero.Not offered any solutions, but rejected mines as possible solution, even a resolution manager was unable to say anything.Then the silence resolution,ignoring me.

    @SRfirehorseart @VodafoneUK Quite sure you’re right. But it took me 97 minutes this morning to get the update that we have at least another two days of this, having been promised a Saturday fix. That’s all I’m asking for: updates so I can plan my work this week.

    @ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

    @VodafoneUK I'm not on Vodafone but can guarantee I will never have another Samsung phone. The one I have now loses internet connection several times a day no matter what network I am logged on to.

    @joeyizzy @VodafoneUK Yes, but openreach are the ones responsible for sending engineers out and activating service. If they're lazy gets you take it up with them. Just trying to help

    @VodafoneUK Bravo. In brief Vodafone messed up my home broadband, and when I was asked for help they basically stated,they won't do anything to resolve the issue, but frequently monitoring that nothing until the issue resolved!?And that would be the resolution?
