    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer going on 3 weeks. From day one my broadband levels has been poor. I have signed up 2 your fastest packet 63mbp and I am getting a max of 19mbp but mostly around 12mbp. You are a greedy network that oversubscribes 15% discount doesn't cut it.

    @VodafoneUK giving me appalling customer service today. Only one day after I placed my order. Doesn’t bode well! If not resolved quickly it will be cancelled and I will find a company that doesn’t leave me hanging on hold for over an hour today!!

    @VodafoneUK @robfnunn’s phone doesn’t seem to charge on the MagSafe charger. We’ve tried it with and without the MagSafe phone case. It isn’t the charger as it charges my old iPhone 11. Please help.
