Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law.
