Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
