@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

@VodafoneUK Loyalty discounts to go back to 25% not 15%... a bit of a show when the longer people stay with you the less discount they get. Better signal would be a good one too, and don’t blame 5G for making it worse. It’s been terrible before that was even a thing.
