    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @VodafoneUK Yes I’ve ordered one now but that’s not the point. The service is so bad and shouldn’t take that many calls to sort out where my phone is / was and now I need sim but have to wait days for.... yet you take money for my phone and new contract but I can’t use it 😓
