    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK one resolution manager told me that new parts needed to be ordered for the mast and an engineer would be fitting them asap, someone else told me there's no engineers notes on the mast and there's no issues, it's all crazy!
