The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK Live chat is cumbersome, slow & difficult to use. Why is there not the option to speak verbally with a @VodafoneUK customer services representative?
-
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, WalesRight. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?
-
Just another Gem (@Just_anotherGem) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK is your site down? Can’t access my account through MyVodafone app and through the site I just get a page saying ‘Something exciting is coming’

Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?
-
Gio✂️ (@giosbarbershop) reported from Bristol, EnglandAbsolute shocking service from @VodafoneUK was suppose to have an install 4 days ago, waited for 6 hours for No1 to turn up and no messages or call back to explain why!! Can someone get back to me as this is unacceptable

-
Joel Wreford (@joelwreford) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK Been waiting 20 days for my network unlock code. Your customer services say there is nothing they can do, and no idea how long the back office team will take. I need my handset for work!
-
Harry Bevan (@_harrybevan) reported from Bristol, EnglandCustomer experience question... If live chat can't help with Q should they a) tell customer or b) take customer through agonising security process thereby wasting 20mins of their life then tell them. You first, @VodafoneUK
-
Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, WalesAlso @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?
-
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...
-
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK (1) Hello. I am paying a lot for a 5G Gigacube as the broadband in my area is poor and I want fast internet. I have just discovered that the Gigacube has a strict NAT type (D) that cannot be changed. This means I cannot play online games on my Nintendo Switch or...
-

-
The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

TitToTank_Racing (@F_BikerUK) reported@VodafoneUK need help! Sim card randomly stopped working, no calls or texts in or out. Says its invalid and your online chat bots and help isn't working! I can't call for obvious reasons!
-
Liam Redden (@LiamRedden1) reported@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Snap..! @BTGroup may be able to help quickly ! Actually, I doubt they will #stillwaiting
-
Juggzy Malone (@Juggzy) reported@MrVeesh @virginmedia @VodafoneUK The speeds after this fix are supersonic, though. Really tempted to stay with them.
-
Nobby Undertall🌸 freedom now (@Cshall8) reported@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK The dsl cable is the small plug at the top, nullifying your need for the broken filter below it. Plug what is going into that filter directly into the lower socket and chuck the filter away. You are clearly an fttc open reach client using the vdsl socket.
-
Greg Billington (@gregsalop) reported@VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer. I can't be bothered today though. I never get anywhere with it. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Spoiler alert- another tweet from me. Stating how terrible this whole experience has been.
-
Nico Mirren (@urb106) reported@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Poor guy! What an ugly carpet! #wheresyourstyle
-
Richard Lyon 🌸 (@RichardLyon_) reported@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Having dug up my street for months, Vodaphone found it too difficult to bridge the final 20 feet and collect my service charge for decades. So I’ve bought Elon Musk’s Starlink service, and now connect to the internet via low earth orbit.
-
Baldious (@Baldious) reported@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Not quite sure WTF you’ve done here but assuming your incoming pair of cables is terminated to the back of the socket, pulling all that crap out from the upper telephone port may well restore your internet which is plugged into the lower port. Splitter not required.
-
Graham Bond (@bondy76) reported@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult to talk to a human if you have an issue - very poor customer service
-
Dean (@DeanIARoberts) reported@VodafoneUK So as again I replied yet it goes to an automated response that is pointless and does not help anyone. I really give up with Vodafone I really do
