    @VodafoneUK poor customer service, hard of hearing bereaved man who can't get wife's phone disconnected and bills stopped.Was told it HAD been done in store, it hadn't . 4 weeks later told it just needed an online form. Please DM me, @smiffy_73 @nataliecsmith_

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service from Vodafone. Repeatedly told over the last week I would be receiving my iPhone XR within 24 hours. To now being told it’s a 1-2 week wait! Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone to your teams in the past week and the only solid answer I’ve been given is ‘reset the router and it might work in a few hours maybe?’ I shouldn’t have to chase a service provider in circles to provide a service I pay for.

    @VodafoneUK what’s the actual point of your contact centre being overseas, 3rd week of ongoing issues after having spoken to your Egyptian contact centre all I’ve done is repeat my self time after time. Poorest Customer service I’ve ever dealt with

    @VodafoneUK Not happy with been left with almost zero bandwidth ‘for up to 3 days’ whilst the issue is escalated. Escalations shouldn’t come with a 3 day wait. Clearly an issue with your router... new supplier pending 😡

    @VodafoneUK I just hope if i ever have an emergency in my car, my emergency dumb phone in my glovebox which i keep with £10-ish credit will actually be working. Thinking of you when bleeding out on a dark stretch of lonely road some unfortunate night. xxx thx.

    @VodafoneUK I am using the service (its there for emergencies, that is use) I have paid for credit (that should be mine for ever! I paid for it, its my property). You just mean if i dont use up my credit fast enough then i lose the number/service/all credit. Disgusting.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I don’t have the characters to say what I think about Vodaphone. Switched to Tesco mobile powered by O2 and had no issues for 7 years and saved a fortune.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK EE, for sure. Think I'm about 21 years now with them since the Orange days. I worked for Vodafone for almost 5yrs and never even considered a staff half price plan because the signal and service from EE is just unbeatable. EE all the way mate.

    @VodafoneUK "If you've topped up the SIM, the top up will never expire" Wrong, If it lapses 90 days i loose all credit. "What you'll need to do is just now and then send text messages to your device" Wrong, sending a text TO my phone does NOT count as a "usage".

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I'm sure you're getting everyone saying thier network is the best or worst so think of the benefits you want from your phone (unlimited data, calls, type of phone, price) then look at reviews of that benefit in whatever network you think is the one for you.👍 Three are great btw.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK They’re all the same but Id never use Vodafone again as they sent me to a debt recovery agency without even telling me I owed any money. The very rude advisor told me that I should have checked if I owed anything after I’d cancelled even though I was told it was clear 🤬
