    @VodafoneUK am very annoyed. Persuaded by cold call from you to change plan, told it would take a few hours, 24 hours later I still have no phone signal. Not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK Well I didn't. You took a bill of £235 including an upgrade fee that you said you were going to split over 3 months. I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

    @VodafoneUK I made a complaint about the above issue and am waiting for a response. I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.

    Vodafone Broadband has been really bad from yesterday, sky Q keeps disconnecting since 4 months agi and I could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

    @VodafoneUK my poor hubby has had a terrible experience with Vodafone 2 years ago had a new phone, Vodafone offered a free tablet with it, unfortunately it too had a SIM card so instead of reducing his bill it doubled it and he was not told there was a SIM card in it

    Logged onto @VodafoneUK website to check my contract as it's old and I'm chewing through data. Really slow website so I looked, page had stalled on accessing login page with "sending request to Facebook". Just no. Stop it. Not everything I do has to go to Facebook.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK yet another awful experience. Just found out I’ve been paying insurance since 2017 that not only did I not want but didn’t Know I had yeah only willing to refund from late 2019 this is what you do to a loyal customer after nine years terrible

    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer. Why are you charging me from the 26th January when its the 29th and I've not even got the sim card yet? I'm on a 30 day rolling contract and can't see myself renewing at all. What a joke.

    Just tried to sort an issue out via TOBi on @VodafoneUK at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and I get this response. "If you’d like to get back in touch between 8am and 7:45pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays." Like, are #Vodafone always this bad? It's beyond a joke.
