I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).
