I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.
