@VodafoneUK I made a complaint about the above issue and am waiting for a response. I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I'm absolutely livid at this whole situation.

@VodafoneUK Well I didn't. You took a bill of £235 including an upgrade fee that you said you were going to split over 3 months. I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

@VodafoneUK my poor hubby has had a terrible experience with Vodafone 2 years ago had a new phone, Vodafone offered a free tablet with it, unfortunately it too had a SIM card so instead of reducing his bill it doubled it and he was not told there was a SIM card in it

@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

@VodafoneUK I have you say you get the award for the fastest, most stable connection that I've ever used. The problem is half the time I can't use it and on top your so called 5g backup dongle is not working, your 24/7 support is not working and all advisors are busy.

@VodafoneUK Hi Chris. The app loaded up on wi-fi so I could get a home screen but I could not download anything. Switching to mobile data solved the problem and I was able to download apps on the App Store.
