    @VodafoneUK you’ve cut me off when you were apparently trying to sort out a major issue on my account. I’ve called back, you’ve gone home. Absolutely useless and a faceless organisation that clearly doesn’t care about Customers 0 out of 10 so far in the 10d I’ve had a contract

    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    Vodafone Broadband has been really bad from yesterday, sky Q keeps disconnecting since 4 months agi and I could not even access work computer from home yesterday or Hive, as everything keeps dropping and disconnecting, very dissapointed @VodafoneUK #vodafonebroadband

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    @VodafoneUK thank you for the upgraded iPhone which arrived today. The thing is, there wasn’t a plug inside. Normally it wouldn’t be an issue, but the connector has changed.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK can someone please explain to me why I still have £8 linked to my account when I haven’t been with Vodafone since 2017? I already had this problem before when I cancelled my contract and you decided to continue taking my money for months without refund

    Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

    @VodafoneUK Agreed - it is disappointing - have you reached any conclusion why the deceptive and inactive “change” is combined with the very active “upgrade” when I log into my account to try to make a change? Presumably I can upgrade online but not cancel?

    @VodafoneUK I cannot call, message or use the data roaming service in Greece. After I contacted you your reps told me that it's maybe an issue from the local Vodafone network provider. This is definitely not the case as I never had issues previously. Please help.
