Alistair Heron (Al apple) (@Al_roar) reported from Wivenhoe, England@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

JonnyS (@jpsanders71) reported from Witham, England@VodafoneUK you’ve cut me off when you were apparently trying to sort out a major issue on my account. I’ve called back, you’ve gone home. Harry Singh (@HarrySi58712694) reported@VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.
-
Sam Bam (@ManSamBam) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They were the worst for me too. Real arseholes.
-
Ann (@annockh) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.
-
Hellie Roo (@MissHellieRoo) reported@VodafoneUK I was looking to upgrade but you're trying to charge more for the airtime plan on an S26 than an iPhone17 - for the same airtime plan! Obviously the device plans are different but why a £10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.
-
ross couch (@rosscouch9) reportedEveryday since Friday I’ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically can’t be bothered to help I’ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone

Ed (@1983_edward) reported@VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.
-
Colin Smith (@smithco76) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Same experience when my father died in September. Everyone was fantastic. Insurance, banks, utilities.
