Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
