They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
