They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

You have zero problems charging me full whack and making it next to impossible to be refunded for services i've paid for and can't use.
