@VodafoneUK been a customer for 12 years. Perhaps you wouldn't have lost a loyal customer if you had got your communication sorted out. The only thing I got was a text saying my Spotify subscription was being cancelled. Nothing else. Since requesting a PAC code 4 calls. Too late.

@VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

For me, being the victim of narcissistic abuse at the same time as being abused by the police, a council and their accomplices created a feedback loop. @VodafoneUK I didn't receive voice calls. I had a strong 5g signal. I checked data was on etc. I couldn't connect to the internet for an hour. Then, it suddenly started working. Phone is S21 and working perfectly. Can you think what the problem might have been?
