@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK I used the annual upgrade scheme and it’s been applied as a flexible upgrade which means you want to charge me nearly £600. I was advised this might happen but once you had my old phone it would right itself. I took my phone to store on Friday. Can you help?

Hey @VodafoneUK, your VeryMe offer of "Free Plant Power pack from TRIBE" was a good one but for one problem - Tribe's useless website. The site constantly throws 500 page errors which means people can't claim their code. This was a dud offer, just letting you know.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom 12 days later and no resolution to my gigicube issues. At the point of being locked into a contract for a product which doesn't work, keep being told to give Vodafone 24 hours, being cut off by call centre in Egypt who have said they have connectivity issues.
