    @VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

    @NickNairn @VodafoneUK @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo Long story short, living in middle of nowhere had mega problems with broadband, ie lack of it. Saved by a company called Notspot. They cover all UK & we get EE through them. Hope might help if needs be!

    @VodafoneUK 3 months into a complaint which involves the constant harassing of my 76 year old Mum with threats from a debt management company of giving her a ccj for a £10 debt she doesn’t owe! Absolutely shocking! Complaints department rude and unhelpful- avoid at all cost!

    @wildlime @vodafone @VodafoneUK Yeh I was told Vodafone 5G devices are tested and certified to work on their network so if you get it from elsewhere you might run into those issues ... Hope you get it sorted

    @VodafoneUK Very disappointed about this whole process. Ordered a home broadband service via your website . This apparantly didn't activate correctly. Followed up with webchat with support and had to have 2 further chats. None of which has resolved the issue. Very poor service.
