    @VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    @VodafoneUK First phone: my sister's hand me down in 1997, so it resembled a brick and you had to pull up a flimsy aerial to get signal. Favourite phone: Sony xz premium First game: Snake (classic!) Favourite game: Wizard's Unite (gutted its not supported anymore)

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to set up the Curve, every time i enter my number in your smart app it just gives me a “somethings wrong” error. And your DM Bot support can’t even give the options to get started. This is a terrible start. How are you going to fix this?

    @VodafoneUK why do think it’s acceptable to charge my 14 year old son £233 for a sim only contract that he can’t use because his phone is lost / stolen. It’s absolutely outrageous. @CitizensAdvice please can you help? Common decency seems to have gone out of the window sadly

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone seems to have turned its back on UK customers. Automated chat is awful, no online help, waited over an hour on the phone and gave up. All I want is a bloody replacement SIM or I'll just stop the direct debits because you're in breach of my consumer rights
