    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, my internet connection is down, which has left me without internet and any phone services. This has been going on since I switched providers to you. I have repeatedly reported this issue and contacted you but there seems to be nobody that wants to help!!

    @DavidDavisMP Set aside at least an hour a month from now on for the next year, for phone calls, and visits to store, to try and get them to properly cancel your account. Plus another 2 or 3hours to deal with bailiffs from about month 6 onwards. @VodafoneUK
