@VodafoneUK I phoned yesterday and she checked , but it’s everywhere I go I was 40 miles from home last night and it was just the same and I’m out not and it’s the same it’s not picking up that I’m with Vodafone and I never have full service anymore

Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

@VodafoneUK I am appalled at the service I have been given. I swapped my tariff on Thursday and the phone when off yesterday at 3pm. I have been left with no one being able to contact me. This phone is used for business. I need a resolve.

@VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

Good evening @VodafoneUK. Still not received my call back from Broadband support which was arranged Friday night for Saturday night, then via twitter for Monday night. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel my 13 day old contract.

@VodafoneUK getting through to anyone is an absolute joke! Live chat tell me to call as they can’t help, I call to be told it’s too busy and the call disconnects! My order is on hold, someone was supposed to have fixed it for me but it’s still on hold! UTTER CRAP!

@VodafoneUK Vodacon! New customers are more important than the existing ones. Better deals get offered for new custom rather than long standing ones. Quite offensive to loyalty. SMS upgrade, go to check it out and by hundreds of ££ worse off to a new customer deal!!!!! Ridiculous #Vodafone
