    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @VodafoneUK I am facing this issue 18 hours a day. Vodafone customer care team have only bots. They never slove network problem. providing 2g speed in 4g network but they suck customer money for 4g pack price.

    @VodafoneUK still not resolved my issue, 17 days and counting now, you blocked my phone after 2 Mins when I thought it was lost, but it’s taking you over 17 days to unblock it, I want a new handset and number today! I’m sick of speaking to people from India who keep saying24hours
