    Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

    The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Really? Did you poll every customer because most folk I know think it's a con and for the sake of a couple of quid a month I'd rather it be included in the monthly cost, or at least have that as an option. 2 phones in your whole range with no upfront cost, is that sinking in?

    @VodafoneUK I thought it was normal (but odd) that my iPhone 12 never showed a 5G symbol even though I'm on a 5G plan because I have decent speeds..until I was with a friend with the same phone also on Vodafone. His phone said 5G and he had much faster speeds. Could you help pls?

    @TheRising_Moon @VodafoneUK You won’t regret it. Unfortunately all operators as bad as each other eventually when you hit a road block over something but EE does seem to be better in Chalfont. Vodafone pretty decent most of the country to be fair though.

    @VodafoneUK mother in law unable to order sim card as cannot verify her ID, yet been with the same bank for over 20 years??? The local store couldn't help either and her bank says there is no issue - do you have a system issue?
