The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting customer service. Charged £86 + unjustified then can’t get through on the phone for over an hour then when I get an answer it’s the wrong department who just hang up instead of put me to the right one 😡😡😡

Pleased our @VodafoneUK broadband contract is now up. This WiFi has been awful for too long! Time to go somewhere who will actually send a human to sort it out once and for all!

Little tip when cancelling contract with companies like @VodafoneUK broadband, make sure to cancel direct debit through your bank too. As they continue to take payments then deny that there was ever a request to cancel it
