    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @nivie @VodafoneUK No they have not atrocious customer service. Totally useless. If you threaten to cancel you do get through tho.

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

    @VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

    @VodafoneUK I am fuming. Every month for the last 4 montns I have had to call you to complain that you have incorrectly charged my plan!!! And you have done it again this month. I have made a complaint and never even heard back from you last month. This is not on. Ever since 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Good evening. I was in your Crewe store yesterday with an account query. They referred my issue to Vodafone saying that I would receive a message followed by a call today. Neither happened !! Very poor support indeed. ‘Power to you ?’

    Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😡 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with your service. I upgraded mine and my daughter's phones online via a Tobi chat yesterday. Today one is delivered by Dpd, but no sign of the other one. Did a Tobi adviser chat and adviser said delivery of 2nd phone set as priority. ????

    @VodafoneUK just to let you know your service is really disgusting it took me 2 days to get a simple upgrade even went in the store and the service was that bad I had to walk out, 2 days of dropped calls you need to sort this out
