I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

I have to reboot it every time I get home to get wifi calling to work and even then I dont get SMS messages. I heard SureSignals are being withdrawn next month, how do we cope if no mobile signal?
