@Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

It's ridiculous when @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 's debt collection agency are easier to get hold of and treat you with more respect than they do! My postcode says I get a svc but I live in a unit out the back which gets appalling speed check results. Vodafone do not give a ****.

@VodafoneUK In retrospect this also means I have avoided roaming charges. Other customers would 1. not realised they were being shifted to bad value plans; 2. unaware that if they left it a few days (there was a 30 day deadline) they would also incur roaming charges on their "new" plan.
