I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK mate you have got to improve your service. Your service down in SE London is terrible. You make enough money to make sure every inch of London is covered. I am standing in slade green and there are hardly any trees or tall buildings. Takes ages to find a server.
