    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK Still advertising a phone you can’t deliver as promised! Very poor show. Let down again by Vodafone. Every single time I preorder, I’m let down! This is the second time in a row from Vodafone. :(

    @VodafoneUK My new phone won’t be delivered today due to your issues. Fair enough. Now you’ve just text me to say my previous contract benefits, Amazon prime, which I will be continuing on my new contract, have been cancelled before you even deliver the new one. Reinstate now.

    @VodafoneUK I have been with you for over 20 years and I wanted to upgrade 4 weeks early to be told no unless I pay an early upgrade fee, What a disappointing way to treat loyal customers, I have 3 contract’s with you but not for much longer, will cancel and go elsewhere.
