    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK what a joke of a company! My missus £70 a month phone contract ended last June. She dint notice. Until this month, so 6 months over of paying £70 for just a SIM card! We went to try talk and fix this up, they saying they can do nothing about it! @MartinSLewis

    @VodafoneUK I can no longer pay my bill so Vodafone said They can’t lower my bill without me paying £300 to leave my contract. Then offered to set up a payment plan which I also can’t afford. I have been a loyal customer for 7years but I will not be renewing contract

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely ridiculous customer service causing stress and anxiety. Spent countless hours to stop over charging and VF wont stop doing it. AMAZON PRIME is part of the entertainment package, stop charging me!!!!
