    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @OfficialKP180 @VodafoneUK kevin i have similar issue with O2 so on my phone i have set it as blocked so when it comes thru i just get notification of block message it is satisfying.. do the same with @vodafoneuk you will feel better when it's blocked

    @VodafoneUK It’s a 4g (100gig per month data plan) - which we use as our broadband (live on a boat so no such thing as a land line). But it’s exactly the same speed on my phone (also Vodafone) so don’t have option of using that as a hotspot. DM if you want more info. Appreciate your help.

    @VodafoneUK make it particularly difficult to close an account held by an aged relative. Seems the easiest thing to do is simply cancel the direct debt since there is no way to close an account online. Unfortunately, I can't practically pass for my mother on the phone.

    Sometimes I wonder why I stay loyal to @VodafoneUK! Mis sold a product, no process in place to help rectify quickly, terrible customer service. Only helpful when they want to sell you more! 🙄
