  • h0ldyourcolour Talya (@h0ldyourcolour) reported from Netley Marsh, England

@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

  • JohnsSonTony Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, England

Then it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

  • Tommyblanchard Tom Blanchard (@Tommyblanchard) reported from Salisbury, England

@bryn_kelly @VodafoneUK I ****** them off years ago pal awful service

  • SimonWardPhoto Simon Ward Photography (@SimonWardPhoto) reported from Amesbury, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

  • ChrisEdwin_1989 Chris Edwin™ (@ChrisEdwin_1989) reported from Salisbury, England

@VodafoneUK please could you support in tracking my order, I'm struggling with your online service. Thanks.

  • JohnsSonTony Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, England

Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

  • Pinotnoirgirl A Bee (@Pinotnoirgirl) reported from Redlynch, England

@VodafoneUK when I signed up to Vodafone you promised me my bill would be £55.25 per month. You are charging me £65. Please can you add this to my complaint (which I’m still waiting for a response to). I’m still in my 14 day cooling off period and plan to cancel

  • vanssl vanessa loberternos (@vanssl) reported from Salisbury, England

  • CustomNameee CustomName (@CustomNameee) reported

I genuinely think @VodafoneUK are the worst company. Had the worst experience with them this year, and particularly these past two weeks. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving, so will my uncle & I’ll be getting all my friends to do so too! Such a joke.

  • Bruce737373 Bruce Turner (@Bruce737373) reported

@VodafoneUK why did you cancel my Broadband order but didn't bother to notify me?

  • 28597274cxi cxys (@28597274cxi) reported

@VodafoneUK I had four contracts with them, they ripped me off, so I never renewed them when they expired, I will never go back

  • reeny_123 Nazzy (@reeny_123) reported

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted you still trying to charge me for 2 contracts after numerous calls to cancel one that I don’t have. How many times do I need to call to get this sorted as it’s your company’s mistake.

  • LisaDorn Lisa Dorn (@LisaDorn) reported

@VodafoneUK what a terrible company! You couldn’t install your system yet charged me. Eventually I get my money back but now you are demanding more payments for a service I’ve never received

  • 19DeeJay86 Daniel (@19DeeJay86) reported

@VodafoneUK any issues in S66 no internet all day so far

  • mrskull73 The Robert Schilling (@mrskull73) reported

@VodafoneUK you don't you care about loyalty. Been a customer for years. Sim deal discount ends Feb 23, eligible for upgrade but you're offering an inferior deal to the one available for new customers. How is that fair? It's time for me to move on!

  • Leaneeec l (@Leaneeec) reported

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service once again!!! Hey @EE what deals do you have for nee customers?

  • Jenkins17 Mark Jenkins (@Jenkins17) reported

DO NOT GO WITH @VodafoneUK broadband. Broken promise after broken promise! Left our family without broadband for the whole Christmas period, can’t even use the baby monitor! Should have stayed with Sky. Abysmal service from the start
