@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK hello, I've had two wasted trips to pickup my phone which is 'ready for collection'. Due to incorrect stock numbers, they don't actually have it. I've tried Web chat, 5 calls to the store and 2 calls to support centre. Any chance of someone actually helping please?

@VodafoneUK I have no error message I am querying why your advantage discount no longer applies to the police service! And when it ceased as a renewal of contract has taken place based on the assumption the discount was still in place and I was not updated of any change when in store
