    @VodafoneUK what on earth is up with your customer services, it’s almost impossible to get past the stupid bot. 24hrs without data in Spain, it stopped without any warning and came back a day later. In the meantime I was stranded.

    @VodafoneUK can someone please help with my iPhone 12. Not getting 5G. Checked firmware, ensured it’s all on from the handset. Seems it’s a common problem on Voda forums that can be resolved by de-provision/re-provisioning. Call CS but it cuts off after 15/20 minutes of queuing.

    @VodafoneUK cut off my #Suresignal booster so no reception at home. Took an hour yesterday on chat to reinstall. Now you have cut it off again. What’s going on @VodafoneGroup ? I’ve been a loyal customer since 1988.

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s not a complaint. It’s a simple request. The text wants me to give dates/times for you to call me about my Premier Bank Account but in order to reply, @VodafoneUK will charge me…. All I want is for you to just call me any time.
