It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, EnglandThen it rinses the battery by constantly searching for 4G. If I switch it to 2g/3g only in settings it holds that signal. Clearly something going on between my phone and the network but @VodafoneUK just keep giving me the same advice that doesn't work. (2/3).

Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

Tony Johnson (@JohnsSonTony) reported from Alderbury, EnglandGoing old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

Somerset Bobby 🇬🇧 (@SomersetBobby) reportedAt 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

Mark Davies (@_MarkD) reported@VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

anthonychopra (@anthonychopra) reported@VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.
