    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely poor customer service from whatever person I just spoke to on the phone. She was so rude I've never experienced an agent like it. She accepted it was 50% vodafones fault for my high bill but said I'm still eligible to pay the whole amount. JOKE

    @VodafoneUK I have purchased last month the pro 11 900 with the 6e wireless etc. It's due to be installed Friday, but now suddenly you appear to have selected the wrong interior product of just the pro 900. You won't let me cancel, tell me you won't honour the £40 price and

    @Davici @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK it's an issue with Vodafone - nothing to do with your credit score. Had the same issue tried 10 times then gave up and went elsewhere.
