    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @SueCasanove @VodafoneUK Disconnect all wires except power and restart router. The problem is with the Vodafone servers and your router thinks it’s connected correctly, so 4G will not kick in. If you just have the power connected the 4G will work

    @VodafoneUK Do you have any time frame for fix on this? We are over 5 hours with no connection. I'm unable to raise the support case as I was for 30 minutes on hold and online chat bot is broken as well.. are you looking into getting discounts for affected users?
