everybody out there never ever buy a phone or contract through @VodafoneUK. They are a con company who send you dodgy phones and when they break they don’t want to know and mess you around. Trust me guys don’t bother. Atrocious service and no customer care principles.

@VodafoneUK I am fed up with losing my interney connection. Try to watch All4, lose connection, try to connect to NOW, the same. I wouldn't mind its not even raining. I pay for landline broadband and mobile and get a crap service. Can't complain to a real person. Rubbish firm.

@VodafoneUK I have been without service now for two weeks after your sales rep misrepresented a sim upgrade. Your staff continue to ignore me over DM and you have failed to meet 5 deadlines now that you have given by which you would rectify the issue. Pathetic customer service
