@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

Getting PAC code from @VodafoneUK proving impossible. Called y'day & ordered, still not arrived. SMS PAC service not working, Twitter support cant help. Cust Serv call-back line placed me on hold for 45 mins 'as priority' then said noone can answer call and cut me off. @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK - It's true. You are the UK mobile operator with the worst customer service. I'm trying to cancel an account. Customer services couldn't help, so told me to go the local store. They say they can't cancel accouts. And the online chat bot won't load. Grrr..
