@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

Fob off after fob off. Absolutely exasperated with the rubbish service from @VodafoneUK. 🚩 Ordered for delivery in 3-5 days, it’s been 9 days. 🚩 Promised delivery on Monday, it still hasn’t left the warehouse. 🚩 Was assured an update within 48 hours, no update received.

@VodafoneUK Hi Liam, Yes I am. I’m trying to use my phone on the US and in two days I’ve discovered international calls were barred on my phone, which I eventually managed to sort out but have now found out I’ve got a Spend Manager limit I knew nothing about and it’s that I’m trying to fix.

@BBCWorld @BBCNews My iPhone 12 on a Vodafone 5G plan uses 3G everyday at some point or other! So if it’s phased out would I then not have a signal at all where this currently occurs? @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have an issue, there is a default on my credit score from an old account I had where I had a billing error I need this removed ASAP and I was also advised through yourselves this was your mistake years ago, why is this in my credit score?? I had never missed a bill!

Ordered on 7th nov and was told 3 week delay - still nothing and like you we have been told it’s with DPD - chasing every day and gets nothing but empty promises. Great way to look after loyal customer
