@VodafoneUK Could you please explain?“Advertised price includes £4 discount plus 20GB & 5GB additional Data applied directly to the bill by the network for 24 months (or until you change Tariff OR Upgrade)” What does this mean? Will my bill suddenly change after 24 months?

@VodafoneUK You’ll investigate? Like you did last time and offer £20 credit to my account that then never materialised. Or how about the time I went in-store where you have signal boosters only to be told that it was my phone case obscuring the signal. Should never have left @EE

Died anyone know a phone provider who actually speak to their customers? Because @VodafoneUK won’t and in all honesty behave as if they don’t want my custom! I don’t want some rubbish online chat because I have sight issues and their site won’t allow me to adjust to see better!

Hey @VodafoneUK some notification that you’re taking a transmitter down for 2 days maintenance would have been useful!! No signal and no broadband (as we use a mobile broadband dongle). Do I get a discount off the next bill!! 😡😡

@vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK since @virginmedia went down in my area 4 days ago, I’ve barely had 3G, not a sniff of 5G! Is your poor network service linked to virgin or are you both just trying to make my life hard? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Why does your technical support tell me to use a robot for an issue with my number? Why can I not speak to a person about the issue I am having? You are rubbish and technical support is a joke.

@VodafoneUK And that makes it acceptable. Fleecing customers who forget to cancel? What extra value does the customer receive for the £60+ given they have paid off the handset? If part of a bundle is paid in completion it is no longer a part of a bundle, transfer of ownership is final
