@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

I think I would rather let @FloydMayweather punch me in the face multiple times than have to deal with Vodafone customer services. @VodafoneUK live chat for over 2 hours 3 useless staff members etc.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I've received from @VodafoneUK. Not only did it take 1.5 weeks for them to deliver my new phone (even though I was told next day delivery) I now haven't had service on said phone for six days because I asked to switch to an e-sim. 1/?

@VodafoneUK I am now nearly 6 months into being charged for a service I have cancelled three times and been told I wouldn’t be billed for any more. I have spoken to a member of your team every month since July and it still hasn’t been sorted even though they said it was.

@VodafoneUK contacted you 2 days ago. Broadband phone line receives, but cannot make calls. Was told would be fixed in 48 hours. It hasn't. Phoned last night & person I spoke to promised to call this morning. He didn't & no miss calls. Just tried phone again. Still not working😡
