    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @Ally_789 @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow my order which was placed on the 16th November it’s shocking how bad it is. They are blaming it in an issue with the warehouse and Black Friday yet the order was processed before then. Starting to get impatient now.

    @VodafoneUK Have an issue with a new handset for my son. He’s in Uni in Manchester. But the Vodafone Shop in Arndale won’t help as I pay his bill. 6 numbers on the account, three new handset, two others still being paid off and they couldn’t call me? Please advise what’s next?

    @VodafoneUK why U phone us saying Review of Service & say it is not a scam, & then asking for my/ my partners (shared mob account ) birthdate, then tell me its wrong, finally you cut off v quickly. Are yoy letting criminals steal all parts of our identities? U Dodgy/tricksy co?

    @VodafoneUK @WinterWonderLDN Not unbeatable for time taken for customer service to answer a call. I've been trying several times a day for several days but get 'timed out'. Not everything can be done online.

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK ordered a new iPhone on the 24/11 for next day delivery and it’s still not been delivered. Online chat are useless and their overseas call centres are poorly trained / can’t understand. Avoid at all costs and choose a different provider.

    @VodafoneUK I placed my order for a new phone on 25/11, was told it would arrive 26/11. Since then I've been on web chat multiple times and I have no idea where it is or what the real problem is as I never get the same answer. What is going on and why should I continue to use you
