    @VodafoneUK In this case why should you pay salary to people who have no idea what they are doing there? Or maybe that’s how you teach them to treat us…? Honestly I think that is how you train them just to take some extra £ from costumers. Yes she has and yes she’ll contact you tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK So would be nice to get something back as I am paying you £26 x 14 months for nothing. Spoke with customer services and nothing they/you can do. I’ve been with you many years with 2,3 and 4 accounts once and very disappointed that Vodafone can’t/won’t help me

    @VodafoneUK I must applaud you- your customer service system is so STUNNINGLY bad I am actually impressed. No reflection on the individuals in the team who I am sure are working their hardest and who I don’t envy. Any chance of getting my issue resolved today?

    @ewanthejones @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear that mate - unfortunately it's profit before people - the privatisation mantra. What p*sses me off is that if they cares about customer service (as they profess to) then there customer service would be better.

    @VodafoneUK sort it out. Had 3 broadband lines cancelled within 2 months. Customer services unable to tell me a date for activation. Beyond a joke.

    @VodafoneUK consistently f*cking up and testing my god damn patience by moving at a glacial pace to put things right. I'm beyond tired of giving them chances, the final straw is the flag on my credit file that shouldn't be there & they know this can cause an impact on my job.

    Sitting here with friends checking our mobile internet service @ThreeUK - 470Mbs @VodafoneUK - 120Mbps @VMO2News - Nothing, nothing at all, cannot wait to leave these charlatans in August, worst network ever!

    @VodafoneUK But Vodafone team says they have no record of that even though my wife told them that she has an email confirmation. Is absolutely horrible how she’s been lied right into her face.
