@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK Shocking customer service. Spent hours on chat for 83yo mother who had b/band n landline fitted yday. Not working. Wont chat with me. Only her. How can she. If she has no internet or fone line. I am at wrk. No idea if shes alive or dead as no one can contact her.
