    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK pretty poor that everyone knows you’re home broadband service is down… even picked up by Daily Mail but zero official communications by yourselves in the month you’ve put bills up >10%. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.

    So apparently there’s a @VodafoneUK internet outage! I’ve been experiencing issues for weeks now and can never get any help cause when doing a “health test” on my router it says it’s fine! But constantly cuts out, disconnects and lags!!

    @VodafoneUK my broadband is currently down (Northants). Online tool doesn’t work & the chat bot tells customers that you’re busy. Have you got a known issue at the moment? (looking at all the tweets) If so, why don’t you put a tweet out or something letting customers know 😒

    @VodafoneUK we have an outage in G42 and as this seems to be a common issue right now hopefully yous are doing something.
