    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK have reached a new level of **** service, was supposed to have received a call Friday, didn’t happen which I already knew. Then the send a message to say will call but hang up in 1 sec so I couldn’t answer. How **** is that?
