@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK I did that already 2 days ago. I called Customer Service aswell today too. (As I did this for 21 days, sometimes 2-3 times a day) You can check my info from the last chat with you. I am not accepting to wait anymore. ı want this issue to be resolved asap! ENOUGH!!!!

Oh god do NOT go with @VodafoneUK for your home broadband, what a nightmare. Their router signal is poor, and they quote a price for boosters but then renege days later and try to charge a much higher price. Been on customer service line for 53 minutes so far (just today). Awful.
