    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK when I signed up to Vodafone you promised me my bill would be £55.25 per month. You are charging me £65. Please can you add this to my complaint (which I’m still waiting for a response to). I’m still in my 14 day cooling off period and plan to cancel

    Having noticed this I contacted @VodafoneUK uk today via their online chat. I kept getting disconnected. I explained the issue and they offered to credit my account £40 and move my number. Unfortunately this doesn’t cover my bill following incorrect information from @VodafoneUK

    I purchased a sim only upgrade on the 6/4/2022 from @Mobilescouk but unfortunately this was processed as a new contract. Following this I contacted @VodafoneUK customer service. I was advised I would have to pay nearly £200 to exit my upgraded contract early.
