@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK They have been calling and have not received a solution to this, ive been on twitter today as one of my friends phone now won't dial out or send texts. It's a shame as was thinking about joining the network, but to be charged for a phone and contract you don't have is shamefull

@VodafoneUK Thank you Vodafone for fraudulently getting me to sign up to a missold contract. I have evidence of this fraud so will see you in court. Called 7 times to resolve so will be going straight down the legal route.
