@VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

@VodafoneUK As per support person on chat - the outage for my area is still ongoing - so there is some conflicting information here and we are troubleshooting- rather than do it on Twitter I will follow up on the support chat. They have all account / details validated... 🤞
