    @VodafoneUK I recently had a problem with my bill where £6.50 was added for no reason and i had to go through the process of trying to get hold of a human and explain it was incorrect. i was told it would be taken off in 24 hours. It hasn’t. I’m not paying for this!

    @VodafoneUK Happy new year, please sort out the fact you’ve left us with no broadband for 2 days. Was meant to be activated 31st. We’ve tried sorting through your customer service line but are just getting lies or being cut off. It’s painful. You should be able to do better.

    @VodafoneUK how about some customer service, I think I’ve broken your system - person with disabilities cold called, supported to cancel contract in oct but you’re ignoring instructions not to send engineer on Monday

    @VodafoneUK Hi, can someone please help, I had your Gigafast package installed a couple of days ago but I have found the WiFi to be great for about half a day but I have since gotten no broadband signal and my Ethernet is woeful, PLEASE HELP!

    @VodafoneUK @DavidChLane I’m in Luton and I’ve had nothing but problems as well! Same thing with the fault references too. My sync speed is 39 but my actual download speeds when tested is around 7mb! Absolutely shocking and they aren’t In a rush to give you what you pay for!

    @VodafoneUK The account holder is on the phone with supposedly a ‘second line tech support’ person, who incidentally is so incredibly rude we’ll be making a formal complaint. This is the fourth person we’ve spoken to just today.
