Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK I'm out of UK and no network access. Sunday and again today I battled to engage with a real person via your app and twice have been told it's all sorted. Only it's not. Main problem, can't receive texts so unable to verify spending or eg set up Passenger Locator Form.

@VodafoneUK hey, do you do any deals for YouTube Premium at all. At the start of my contract I chose Spotify for my son however I’m finding when he’s in hospital especially he likes to watch YouTube and have YT music but the signal doesn’t always allow it….. (1/2)
