Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK It's not where I live, I won't worry about it. The last time I went through this I was lied to for 24hrs about the service working properly, then I was informed that work was being carried out on the mast. I'd rather not go through that again.

Woeful #CustomerService from @VodafoneUK today. Arranged address change 15/07 for today. No service. Checked a/c. A/c cancelled ‘cos they got address wrong. 2 wk wait. 2hrs on call to set up new a/c + credit check (?!) and promised call back. No call back. Can’t log on to account

@VodafoneUK just had my broadband cancelled, 2nd time by the way, 3 days before activation because “there is no room in the cabinet” really bad service from you guys ! Even had the box delivered today too. Cancelled @SkyUK on the say you were going to provide me. Really poor !
