@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I've never had such terrible customer service via phone, instant chat AND social media. No one answering phones, call centres closed when they should be open, advisers who can't help, social media that don't respond for a DAY. Sort it out will ya.

@VodafoneUK I requested at the beginning of my contract that I did not want SecureNet. And I've just noticed you've been charging me £1 per month for it. Perhaps for the last 18months?How did I not notice that, because it isn't pulled out as an itemisation. Can you help remove it

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone I did 5 hours ago but no response. Is it really that hard? Internet is a pretty crucial service, particularly in lockdown. Come on!! Pls call openreach, it has to come from you.

@VodafoneUK @carronmiddleton and I got "gigafast" broadband about a year ago and it's been absolutely hopeless. I'd honestly say it works properly 20% of the time. Your engineer installed it incorrectly too. Will you fix it or let us leave without penalty?

@VodafoneUK Literally none of your agents is helping me out from my issue since November first week of 2020. Do you guys really help in solving customer queries?

@VodafoneUK Vikki, when I spoke to your customer service last time, it took hours for them to say you won't move the router to the correct place and we'd have to pay circa £500 to terminate the contract. I'll dm you my phone number and you can call me if you're serious about resolving this
