  @DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

  If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

  Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

  Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

  Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

  @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

  @VodafoneUK is there a known issue that your sim swap to an eSIM is not working? We have been waiting for more than 24hr to get the eSIM bar code. Still not arrived and the network has been disconnected for this period.

  The worst mobile supplier? @VodafoneUKBiz @VodafoneUK Due to Queens death they've decided not to help customers as their helplines are closed! 2 days without internet faster then 3mbps. Will cancel contract I've had with Vodafone since 1987 & go to @O2 bet they help customer's.

  @VodafoneUK Your service where I live has been getting progressively worse for weeks now despite living within sight of your mast. My 5G Gigacube is virtually useless and both phones aren't much better. Your Service Status says all is well. WTH is going on?
