If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK Is your network down in CH47? Rebooted phone and still can’t connect

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I think it’s bad a company like you don’t even leave it to see how the Channel. If woke companies keep doing this. I want all sensible people to cancel your company. Play you at your own games.

@VodafoneUK Will you email existing customers to tell them to seek an alternative service provider if they hold views incompatible with Vodafone's values? It is not good for Vodafone's brand to be seen to be profiting from these people.

@SteveVoller1 @VodafoneUK Is Steve a paying @VodafoneUK customer? I have seen some GB News and not seen any offensive content thus far. I am a Vodafone customer and if you stop advertising on GB News then continue on RT, Sky news et al. I may switch away 3 phone contracts and my broadband.

@VodafoneUK @markjohnsonhome Pretty sure if you cancel adverts on GBNews you will lose more customers than you'll get from the woke lefty biggots. Your choice stand up for free speach or pander to the woke loons and #GoWokeGoBroke

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Dear Vodafone - please can you tell me how I can cancel my contract with you 4 months in? Your views do not fit in with mine and your stance makes me have a need to use a provider who is less blind to REAL people's needs and doesn't have the woke advertising on TV that you do.
