    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @VodafoneUK changing my address and trying to take your broadband with me has been a terrible experience. lied to by your team, told I would not have a termination fee on multiple occasions. would be delighted to engage the communication ombudsman as you clearly can't resolve?

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre ....VF complaints dept on why the current system of raising faults is not fit for purpose, and how/why it leads to immense frustration for the customer. They and CF together need to come up with a new one.

    @VodafoneUK Had problems upgrading my broadband 2 days ago from 100 to 900. (Site down.) Then saw that it had upgraded on the billing page. But now I'm getting 22 mbps! Told to reset router, not to reset router, turn router off, don't turn router off, wait 24 hours, etc. Not Impressed!

    @VodafoneUK Are you joking? Been with you 7 years & wanted to extend my contract with 2.5 weeks left & you want to charge me a 26 quid “early upgrade fee”. I’m keeping the same phone & reducing data significantly- a downgrade! App even said I can upgrade from today. Very poor!
