    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUk Far and away the WORST customer service ive ever had. Was lied to on the first call and treated appallingly on the second call. Never again -cancelled the contract within the 14 day cool down 👍

    @VodafoneUK Yes that has worked, thank you, but everyone does everything via apps these days, we are encouraged to download them but I havent been been able use mine to make payment, I am out pocket down to an error on your systems
