If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@VodafoneUK why doesn’t your network function on an iPhone 13 in France? My friends on @O2 or @EE gave no problems, whereas I can’t even make a phone call. Helpdesk told me to buy a local Sim!

@agrinick @Merry_Meredith Apparently a @VodafoneUK issue, works ok when connected to WiFi but not when on mobile data

Oh! The current problem with @VodafoneUK's 4G isn't just affecting Twitter media not being displayed. It's affecting Microsoft / Live services too. I thought my Microsoft account had been hacked, as I couldn't log-in... Turned on a VPN located in Manchester, and it worked.

@VodafoneUK I don’t expect you to sort my problem out, you never do, but my 4G is so ******* slow I can’t load pictures. Pathetic service once again.

@VodafoneUK Right, appreciate the answer, the issue is that I’ve called 3 times between yesterday and tomorrow, waited for more than 45min and got no answer. Oh, and “easy switch” is not something available for clients, we must call it “broadband activation team” for the phone to direct us.
-
Francisco
(@dragaoazul) reported
@VodafoneUK The update is you’ve put a new upgrade order in place that matched the previous price (thanks I suppose?). It failed and no one can give me an activation date for that. Chat confirmed they can’t help. Complaints agent is out of office (fine, people have holidays), but…

@VodafoneUK 2of2 With all the money Your company makes you could easily provider an actual customer service and thus a decent Customer Experience, instead of hiding behind useless bots and p!ssing Customers off. So sort it out ASAP or I will go elsewhere OK!

(@dragaoazul) reported
@VodafoneUK So please, give me a straight answer @VodafoneUK : will you be able to give me an activation time, that I will hold as final, if I actually spend the time to contact you via DM? Or will it be a noncommittal (or worst incorrect) answer like I’ve got on your online chat?

@VodafoneUK @mattamys I was just talking with your online chat, the person I was talking too didn't have a clue. You need to let your members off staff know of any issues.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK 1of2 You lot are taking the p!ss out of me, I need to speak to an agent ASAP to sort out my account. If you don't assist me pretty quickly I will cancel my account and move to a new provider, as I am out of contact.
