If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Help @VodafoneUK - I moved BB&LL to VF on Fri. Openreach fitted FTTP equip, @bt_uk disconnected on time, still not working. I spoke with your colleagues - Fri PM/Sat AM & PM/Sun AM & was expecting a call back this AM - no call! Poor service. Correct ONT lights on - please help!

Don't @VodafoneUK have an outbound customer service line to speak with customers! Do we have to wait on chat for hours! Sort your service levels out before attempting to sell your service to customers because your customer service is very far from desireable! it's Despicable!
