    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    @VodafoneUK I requested to cancel my contract by phone in December only to find out that you didn’t cancel it and continued to take payments until I noticed in March. Had confirmation of cancel again and credit back but another payment was requested in May. What’s going on?

    @VodafoneUK So I’ve been hearing for the past 3 months! I did this last night, they couldn’t fix the issue. I’ll give it one more go then I want to be allowed to leave. I’ve had enough and the stress is taking it’s toll!

    @BigusYidus @VodafoneUK Tell me about it! ANYTHING I do on my account is a pain in the arse,it never works, nobody cant help & I always have to resort to a social media rant! Would mind if it was stupidly complicated,but its stuff likes upgs,sim swaps etc Id change but im sure the rest are just as bad!

    absolutely raging @VodafoneUK paid nearly £7 for delivery because I spoke to an advisor ? I couldn't do it online there system t wouldn't let if i had it would have been free,and get this the phone still hasn't been dispatched,WHY ? been with them since 2005 seriously bad patter

    I can’t translate into words how much I hate @VodafoneUK . It shows on my phone that I have full 4g, but just doesn’t work. I can’t tell how many times I almost got in trouble for not having my phone working.

    @VodafoneUK Dont u think iv done that. Its been ongoing since friday. 3 Vodafone contracts in this house without a network all wknd. Iv got the 1st compensation il be phoning for a reduction when the work is complete. We pay over £100 pm for all our contracts. No service no payment
