@DaveTG85 @VodafoneUK I've had some issues in the past too but bizarre yesterday where my upgrade costs me more and selling me something the person himself telling me I don't need! Never heard of Smarty but will have a look at both.

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK Please try to read my previous response. I am not sending my details on Twitter. If you were really concerned and not automated as it seems, I can send you my landline and you can call me and then I can provide you with my details. Again it reads like very poor customer service!

Extraordinary email from @VodafoneUK to tell me that phone contract cost is going up by (the max allowed in the contract) 4.5%. Given CPI is at 0.6%, not clear what the additional 3.9% is covering? What exactly are these "additional costs of operating our network"?

@VodafoneUK Hello again, yes it's that time again where I ask you to check the network as my coverage is either at 1 bar or none. Wf3 area. Your status check shows now issue but everyone in village is having same issue.

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Looks like a few 'customer modifications' have been made to that master socket. I'm sure you'll be popular with whichever engineer ends up fixing it once Vodaphone and Openreach have played ping-pong with your fault.
-
RhiannaLoisChard
(@RhiannaChard) reported
@UlrikeZiemer @VodafoneUK Same problem with me, @VodafoneUK aren’t even willing to try a new router to double check that’s not the problem, even though that was suggested by the engineer.
-
Ulrike Ziemer
(@UlrikeZiemer) reported
@VodafoneUK How about if I send you my landline number privately and you give me a call? I am very doubtful of your promises as I have spent the last 2 weeks to fix my WiFi and even an engineer confirming the fault didn’t help.

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Assuming that’s a genuine image of your current internet socket I would advise you to seek help as that’s a danger Corbyn promised free fibre broadband for every home It would look nothing like that! If that’s how you roll your sockets than you might be a few connections short.

@VodafoneUK I've had a notification that I have won a prize through VeryMe. Now the app won't open, is this a known issue?
