If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

Can't help feeling this style of selling is a bit dishonest at best by @VodafoneUK as I was getting downgraded rather than upgraded! Will shop around instead. It's a shame as I've found their store staff to be really good but obviously can't get there at the moment.

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@a_defi_life @helium @VodafoneUK The Things Network is a significantly smaller network then Helium, they don’t have the crypto component incentivizing people to join like Helium does. Last I saw they only had about 20k nodes vs Helium’s 500k+

@VodafoneUK Not sure re router light but I logged in to the router and it says fibre is down. However the fibre point on the wall (the box which connects to the outside cable) has internet light on

@VodafoneUK well that's great full fibre to the property. Which means router doesn't support the phone line despite what your website says, repeaters don't work can't add them as they don't appear in app, router won't firmware upgrade and support tell me I need a voip box
