Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK Once again had to contact Apple as Vodaphone really did nothing. Service still almost non existent but they sorted out emails in 5 minutes one to one.

@VodafoneUK really dissatisfied ..cancelled my Sky broadband to have your broadband after 19 years only to still be sat 3 hours later with no internet connection,no TV and a lost connection with the online chat support team ...unhappy is an understatement!!

@VodafoneUK Hi, I’m pretty sure it’s against the law that both your website and iPhone app are not allowing me to amend my marketing preferences, which I never opted in for anyway. They are all resetting to ‘Yes’ when I click save. Could somebody look at this please?
