If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

@VodafoneUK I’ve done that and switched the phone off and reinserted the sim and it still doesn’t work properly. Can’t speak to anyone in the phone to get help. P!ss poor service as always from Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Shout out to Gary in the upgrades team, he convinced me to stay with you and upgrade me to a sim only contract to avoid the issue I've been having with my PAYG Bundle. So we will see how it goes with sim only contract.

@VodafoneUK just noticed I have been charged for a phone call made in Canada when I was told that I was covered by Zone C and I could use my minutes/texts/data etc. Can’t find a resolution as to why on your help pages and your chat isn’t working. Can you help me?
