It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Issued with a 6 digit fault reference number which is then not recognised when calling the telephone number provided by the confirmation text. Is this deliberate? Not a happy customer at the moment.

Emma Hill (@Emnov74) reported@VodafoneUK why do i regularly get no phone signal. Not even 3g! Just been for a walk and it just disappear s. None even in my house yet supposed to be "good" signal. Didn't have this issue with 3. Is there an issue?
