    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    Once again slightly let down by @VodafoneUK customer service. Enquired about upgrade - apparently I only need 6gb not 10. Then offered 5gb which isn't enough so I would eventually have to pay to increase my allowance (would no longer be cheaper than my current deal)

    @VodafoneUK I find the fact that my daughter’s phone was delayed through no fault of ours and the fact that I cannot cancel and restart the upgrade until your warehouse confirms receipt appalling to say the least! Punishing the customer for your mistakes!

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @combat_boot @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE I'd recommend EE, best service/coverage. 20% Forces discount through DDS/BLC (DM me if you have neither & will sort you out).

    @VodafoneUK Once again had to contact Apple as Vodaphone really did nothing. Service still almost non existent but they sorted out emails in 5 minutes one to one.

    @VodafoneUK Still advertising a phone you can’t deliver as promised! Very poor show. Let down again by Vodafone. Every single time I preorder, I’m let down! This is the second time in a row from Vodafone. :(

    @VodafoneUK really dissatisfied ..cancelled my Sky broadband to have your broadband after 19 years only to still be sat 3 hours later with no internet connection,no TV and a lost connection with the online chat support team ...unhappy is an understatement!!

    I swear I have the worst luck with phone company’s 😩 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup continues to cut me off of signal / 3G every 5 minutes 😭 can anyone recommend a reliable phone service provider I can switch to?

    @VodafoneUK is there a more incompetent company? Your advisors are utterly useless 3/4 different conversations with different early termination fees and the amount you take is still different from any given! Thank **** I’ve left pay monthly and not tied to utter incompetence!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m pretty sure it’s against the law that both your website and iPhone app are not allowing me to amend my marketing preferences, which I never opted in for anyway. They are all resetting to ‘Yes’ when I click save. Could somebody look at this please?
