I've been on EE and o2 in the past and Vodafone is by far the best network I've been on in Pompey. Gfs granddad house I couldn't get a signal inside for o2 but I get full connection with Vodafone.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.

That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
