@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

@andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

@VodafoneUK I have pressed option 1 for customer services and then 1 when asked for a number and the message is 'I'm sorry I didn't get that please enter your mobile number or if you want to talk about your landline or broadband please enter your account number' Is there another number?

@VodafoneUK I am trying to upgrade my current plan and add a phone to the plan. #LongCovid makes your website impossible to navigate. I'm sure I'm not your only with this issue - I really need to speak to an adviser but constantly being told to use the website isn't helping!
