Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

It’s a really rubbish interface that will do anything rather than cancel. I can’t log on to their platform but they can send me invoices ???

They sold my mum who lacks mental capacity a phone she can't use due to her lack of capacity and a ridiculous contract that is costing her £100 a month. No one will help me get it amended. They prey on the vulnerable unfortunately.

If you’re dead, you’re no longer in contract and that’s that.
