    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    upgraded phone 11 days ago, yesterday they told me cancelled my contract upgrade as i hadnt picked the phone up from store ( i left store with said phone 11 days ago), nothing @VodafoneUK can do, they want the phone back! No problem, you also just lost a decade old customer

    @VodafoneUK I resolved the complaint for your customer who has since been released from her contract with you so she can go to another provider. Happy to provide you all with training on consumer rights so you don't mislead your customers in future - my DMs are open.

    @VodafoneUK i tried contacting customer service, waited 44 mins on hold, at the same time online to a virtual rep, not at all helpful. Just need to resolve a tech issue with my apple watch. But yet its taking more than a week to resolve. Any help?

    @VodafoneUK Very disappointed with the level of customer service from Vodafone broadband. I switched from Virgin last Wed and still waiting for activation. Two hours of phone calls and told twice to wait for 48 hours. Still no broadband 🙁
