Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

I can honestly say I have never had such rubbish technical help @VodafoneUK chat. They aren’t listening to what I am saying, I don’t need a device repair as it happened when I first had my old device. It’s not the device? They managed to sort it then, ended up giving up. Shocking
