    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK Am full contract user, on iPhone 12mini for 3mths and (w/ one 15 min exception) I have NEVER GOT 5G COVERAGE. Live Ctrl Ldn under 5G mast! Vod shop swapped my SIM, and reset netwk settings, to no help. Think am not correctly provisioned by u. Nbr is 07919398562. Thx.

    @VodafoneUK Hi mark the order was placed before noon on Friday and also when I phoned a regional store today I was then informed that there is about a week backlog for the phone - no one told me that before. Sorry for any trouble.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I fail to understand WHAT MAKES YOU IGNORE my tweets that's about my first bill where instead of zero, or 1 month's charge (in advance), you're charging me for 2 months? How difficult is it to address it? Why should I pay & then bang my head to get the money back?

    @VodafoneUK evening! Are there signal issues in the CM22 area? I'm lacking anything beyond h or e, sometimes not even that. Fine indoors with broadband but in the car with satnav for traffic I've got nothing.

    @VodafoneUK just a note to say your data speed at Edinburgh Airport was down to 0.5Mbps all day yesterday with full 4G signal. Not just my phone either. May need investigating as it’s normally great
