    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK I don’t have time telling your company time after time the issues only to be told they have actioned my request and the router sent!!! It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

    iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

    @VodafoneUK I have been on the phone to the sales team for over an hour after been on live chat an hour and getting nowhere, they’ve cancelled my contract after 10 years they weren’t bothered at all customer service is disgusting

    @GrantMarais @VodafoneUK hour running through supposed diagnostic tests with you, then saying it's external and it needs to be fixed at a junction box down the street, and it should be fixed within 72 hours, to then ring again when it isn't, to be told, it is external, and they can fix it where they are

    I've had an @VodafoneUK phone for all of 10 minutes and I regret it already! All I want to do is give my PAC code to transfer my number. Can't do it online because your stupid robot doesn't know what I want and apparently you can't answer my call today? GREAT start, Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK why does the reference number provided for fault issues never work? Keeps saying number unrecognised when I enter it. Appalling service, terrible service in every department with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you not offer customers the same deals as you do new customers I’ve been with Vodafone 10 years and you’re wanting to charge me £17 extra than if I was to cancel my contract and going through carphone wearhouse it’s a right carry on would rather go with a different company

    @VodafoneUK Hi, my internet isn’t working properly. I’ve reset it a bunch of times, the lights are all on it says it’s connected, but nothing is loading when using it, my echo show says it’s having trouble connecting to Internet yet on settings it says it is.
