    @VodafoneUK I don’t have time telling your company time after time the issues only to be told they have actioned my request and the router sent!!! It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @VodafoneUK it is becoming increasingly frustrating using home broadband. I am supposed to have super fast broadband yet Teams calls drop down all the time and downloading from microsoft is very slow!

    @VodafoneUK scam company -Financial Welfare Group is there nothing that can be done to close them down ? Everyday I report their many calls and block numbers - next day the calls are from an apparent different location & number - why should I change my number with it’s hassle ??

    @O2 Or you can just ignore me and I’ll switch to @VodafoneUK. They issue new eSIMs instantly via email, which makes a lot more sense.

    @VodafoneUK can someone explain to me on here, not in DM why you can’t cancel an order that is incorrect due to you and I now have to wait 6 weeks to get the incorrect item before I can return it to have to then reorder the correct one?

    @VodafoneUK am trying to add data to a big value bundle - I have topped up (credit = £37) but now need to use that credit to buy the data. However, the SIM is in 4G unit not a phone so I cannot call from the number - is there any way you can help? Cust service chat bots no help..
