@VodafoneUK 2/2 do I get to charge you for the inconvenience? You’ve rearrange the installation now for the 28th! This is unacceptable. I booked this in advance. I need internet to work from home. I will have to cancel and go with another supplier.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for responding. Not my service, but a friend many of us are concerned about. Cutting off essential lifelines ‘for maintenance’ during dangerous weather seems avoidable. Again, please do better in the future.

@VodafoneUK I've effectively been paying twice for Spotify Premium since October. Once through Spotify, and once for an Entertainment package I can't activate due to a log-in issue which nobody has been able to resolve. Please, please, please can we figure out a solution today?

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee Can't understand why @VodafoneUK are switching customers off in North East Scotland in these conditions to carry out routine maintenance. Contact is important in bad weather. 🤔

@VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use
