@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK - Trying to activate a replacement SIM for a lost phone to keep my number. I get to a point where you need to send a security code. It only gives me an option to text my mobile (which has been lost) or my home phone (which doesnt accept texts). So neither work. Help?!
