    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK Generally "complaint" section is created to "RESOLVE" the problems of customers. This is not the case with Vodafone at all. They just kept this dept becoz thy hv to. The resolution team jst passes the time and comes up with a generic teply that thy cnt do anythng.

    @VodafoneUK I do you think i just typed the msg without trying ? I have been dealing with this problem since last 3-4 months bt dint get a single satisfactory solution. Your team sucks & try to force to go for expensive plans to customers. This is not hw you keep your customers loyal to you.
