    @VodafoneUK so even after checking 3 times yesterday that you had the correct delivery address for my phone upgrade, you still manage to deliver it to my old address that I haven't lived at for over 6 years. Your customer service is frankly terrible.

    @VodafoneUK Web chat eventually told him to go to store (surely there should be a contingency in the current climate). Store manager in Silverburn simply shrugged her shoulders and wouldn’t help. Now wants a PAC code and has same hurdles

    @VodafoneUK so.... i telephone to speak to an agent re my fathers death, and get told to go online chat. I go online chat and they tell me they cannot help as i am not my father and cannot pass security. Any idea on how we resolve this guys because its really not a great service?

    @CityFibre , do you have such a poor backend system to allow the upgrade? Or is it poor definition of responsabilities on the @VodafoneUK side?
