@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK Why is it your app never works when it’s time to pay my bill? And then you have the audacity to charge me an extra £5 late fee. It’s like you do it on purpose because every damn month it won’t work at payment time but works perfectly at all other times.
