    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK I have, they're the ones I am complaining about. I have tried different departments and all they do is ignore any problems then try up selling

    @VodafoneUK The latency on the broadband has been dreadful lately. Called Wifi Xperts, no help. Used the online chat, no help. Is there anyone I can actually talk to that can help? A lot of other people experiencing same thing.
