    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK We'll, I'm guessing your servers are blocking media as nothing is showing up, only text. Like I said, this works fine when not using Vodafone's network and connected to my ISP. .... As others have also reported.

    @VodafoneUK @MikeRuddick It’s not just the app, the web app doesn’t work via a mobile either. This has been going on all day and the same trouble a few days ago. You’ve got tons of complaints and had tons of time to rectify it so sort it out please. I don’t pay £30 a month for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @bwianair Same here. WiFi fine but if on Vodafone mobile data then no pics or media loading on Twitter. Have another phone on a different network and that one is fine.

    @VodafoneUK Yes it was by following your above instructions. I also spoke to someone after waiting 2 hours on hold and they assured me someone from customer services/ cancellations would call me. That was 2 weeks ago

    @VodafoneUK Thankyou Dean . But I am losing if not lost all confidence in @VodafoneUK . I have spent hours today on web chat and trying to get through on phone to resolve my problem . I will try calling tomorrow. What has happened to bring about such a deterioration in your service?

    Absolutely appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK . My father in law’s death meant we needed to move our phones out of our original family account but after four weeks and nine interactions we still can’t set up what we need or want. The worst customer service I’ve ever had!
