    @VodafoneUK I have Vodafone mobile and broadband. I'm now going to change broadband supplier because it's so hard to get someone (a person) to sort out a problem it's easier to swap and get a new router that way

    @VodafoneUK so today I received an email telling me of a charge increase. I wouldn't mind if you're network coverage is as good as you claim, as a delivery driver sometimes I can travel miles with no signal at all. Not good if I breakdown or need help 😡

    On phone with @VodafoneUK for an hour and a half as they've harassed my for 2 years and after a woman keeping me on hold about an hour she drops the call and doesn't call me back. Only going to transfer me for help as I mentioned solicitors. Good work Voda. Good work.

    So far I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK customer services for 1 hr 43 minutes. All I want to do is cancel a contract I set up last week because I'm unable to use it. They said: "Don't worry, you can cancel within 14 days if there are any problems, just ring 191"!! Not simple

    @VodafoneUK The back of the queue and then allowed others in before me telling me it’s tough and I’d have to wait again! Please put in an official complaint and get my contract sorted so I can actually use it. Dr, bank, chemist all cannot send me OTP’s.

    @VodafoneUK Just checked my order status and my phone has been dispatched for delivery tomorrow. However the DPD tracking number is for a parcel for someone else that was delivered back in December 2020. Please help.
