@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK wifi has been dropping nearly every day, several times a day for months. Everytime I use the online chat I'm given the excuse of they're updating the router blah blah blah. Then I'm told it should solve the issue! Clearly it doesn't does it!
