@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Thursday 10/11/22 The situation did not change, no service. Called @VodafoneUK care, spent 1.5hrs on the call, was guaranteed service by senior manager for customer relations in 24hrs to a maximum 48hrs. Told me there would be continuous communication. Nothing.!!! (5/n)

@VodafoneUK why has the signal died in st helens, we all moved to you as you where the only 1 that worked, but since they put that 5G mast up voda has died, not the only one saying so know about 10 people all saying the same thing, sutton is now a not spot!

@VodafoneUK Had problems upgrading my broadband 2 days ago from 100 to 900. (Site down.) Then saw that it had upgraded on the billing page. But now I'm getting 22 mbps! Told to reset router, not to reset router, turn router off, don't turn router off, wait 24 hours, etc. Why?

@VodafoneUK Current monthly bill is at £85 and last month was £90. £6 a day roaming charge and your support team won't give me my MCK number to change to a local SIM. 4 days ago support said it would take 3 days, I've contacted again today and now they are saying 7-10 days
