    iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK well done for have the best worst customer service. I have been pushed from pillar to post and then when I am down to 1 in the queue the chat ends all because I want to cancel one of my contracts. Is being refused to cancel a contract even legal ?

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking service - my wife has sent her phone away to you for repair 3 times, each time you returned it and said it was fixed but it still isn’t. This has been ongoing since March with no sign of a solution. Totally awful service.

    @VodafoneUK your chat service call a terrible! Ongoing issue and not being able to make calls for 3 weeks. Finally resolve the issue myself and I can’t get a credit on my account to cover the issue!
