@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@annkempster My personal favourite: a thing from @VodafoneUK that gave us what felt like mobile-over-internet for a property with no mobile signal. Only useful for people with no mobile signal. Needed a mobile signal to set it up. Sigh.

@VodafoneUK Hey vodafone. I signed up to fibre2 and recieved contract, router and switchover today. But it doesn't work, rang to find order cancelled, and need to pay 50% more to get connected?!?! No customer service, no broadband and can't work! Terrible
