@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK has the worst customer service ever, regretting leaving @e_emobile bigtime. No reception hardly ever, supplied me with a faulty phone which they refused to change but took in for repairs which they had to do a board swap. Been a month and still no phone back!

@CityFibre and @VodafoneUK it's really hard to know who has given a poorer service. You are both blaming each other for the fact that the Gigafast broadband I ordered on 15/12/20 is now not being installed until 23/4/21. An absolute joke of a service from both of you! 😡
