@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Wow @virginmedia. 3rd failed installation, been trying since 12th Nov. Lucky none of us are relying on internet at home these days. 🙄Thinking you don't want this customer, maybe should just stay with @VodafoneUK. Appalling service and lack of regard.

@vodafoneuk please help - my iPhone drops current calls whenever I receive a call from voicemail. Also then when people call and I answer it’s silent and I have to call them back.
