Hey @VodafoneUK is there a problem with your 4G data network. Three family members all on Vodafone, pictures not appearing in Twitter feeds. Been like that for 3 days now, wherever we are. Not a @Twitter problem as mates on other networks all good. What could this be?

@VodafoneUK Thanks Tom, but wouldn’t it be sensible to brief your Call Centre of current issues so that they can efficiently advise customers of the problem and not waste their time on top of the annoyance of the problem. Or would that be just too customer focused?
