@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but now 4 months and counting and your still unable to remove Spotify from my account despite your team saying it’s been removed. Pathetic, and now need to call other numbers for refunds to confirm i actually made the request. No help @VodafoneGroup at all

@ca1v @VodafoneUK I've had to troubleshoot a number of hotspots up that way over the last two weeks where previously there's been no issues. Again, status tracker saying fine. Good to know it's not my imagination - there does seem to be an issue.
