    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK It’s ok. I don’t want to hear anymore how “sorry” people are that it doesn’t work and how they understand. I get past person to person and told to turn it off and on again. It’s been 3 months with no resolution, I’ve had enough.

    I’m sick and tired of getting emails from @VodafoneUK to get their broadband. I’ve told them countless times I can’t get that where I live currently, yet they still send me these stupid emails. It’s irritating

    @VodafoneUK ... after that I called up customers service. He told me to go to next store (which is 20min drive) and see if they would give me replacement.when I went there they said we can't help you, that guy shouldn't have tell u to come here.
