@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK You must be joking. I have been on the phone with @Vodafoneuk many times on hold upto 3 hours you can check. I have applied on September 15th, I had to go to Vodafone store twice. Your insurance team did not register my replacement phone at the time - that is the problem.

@Gellyfsh @VodafoneUK Absolute baloney. Lots still working from home. If they refuse to reply to your e mail complaint..escalate the complaint. Still no reply? Take your written evidence to local MP. Poor customer service is bad publicity.

@VodafoneUK It’s not working it doesn’t prompt me to do anything after get started I’ve even deleted and re installed Twitter still the same thing. Done the get started thing about 10 times over.

Hi @Ofcom I have not had service on mobile # for 12 days now and @VodafoneUK have refused to even give me PAC as said they can’t do it till technical issue resolved. Is that acceptable?! Keep calling everyday only to be told that every new request takes 24 hrs to see if works!!
