    Aaggghh 😡 so annoying go out or switch off hotspot and come back it doesn't work and it is either @VodafoneUK problem or @oppo issue. Turned phone on off more times than a phone in a test lab, reset settings no difference HELP!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Hours I've spent trying to order a sim only contract and your agents are just rude and useless. I literally want to give you more money a month, but no one seems interested. I will be cancelling all services with you.

    @VodafoneUK The Vodafone customer service is the crapiest in the UK. And that is a fact. All customer service is given to India where they do nothing to help and love to waste your time. I have first hand experience of their bad bad customer service.

    Today is the first time in 16 months that I took the tube to work. Very irritated to discover that @VodafoneUK are no longer offering free WiFi on the network - a decision made without informing customers. One of the many reasons I can not wait for my contract to end.
