@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK are saying no issues with site even though zero signal. Interestingly @O2 also use the same mast & they have confirmed that the site is down and is being worked on. I'm told to "wait 24 hours" I mean come on! Time to look at another network! @O2 any good SIMO deals?

@VodafoneUK & @VOXI_UK 2 days now I've been denied a tommy tank due to "age restriction content controls" which have always been disabled. Can't speak to Voxi, Vodafone say everything is fine. Yet here I am, sat limp. Vodafone now saying I can't even make a complaint. Cowboys!
