Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@BBCNews you may be very interested to know that pretty much the whole of vodafone's kent broadband customers have no internet right now thanks to a massive outage at @VodafoneUK who are refusing to acknowledge they have a problem. Its been down since 12pm

@VodafoneUK You clearly have a very wide issue with broadband down in kent. Provide an update to all your customers. We all rely on internet for work and communication. It is not good enough just to keep saying "send us DM" that is NOT customer support.

@simontomlinson @BBCNews @VodafoneUK I have Internet in Kent, but it's very laggy and inconsistent. I was playing online games and the region it auto selected was South America. It kept saying I had bad Internet too. So it is affecting me despite having a connection.
