@VodafoneUK 13 days without broadband and each time I contact customer service I'm told they've logged a ticket and an Openreach engineer will be sent out within 72 hours... 312 hours later, still nothing. Very disappointing.

@VodafoneUK I've tried... Passed over to customer services who keep saying 'it's in the contract', thus demonstrating their complete ignore of consumer law and the principles of mis-selling. They're trying to haggle over how much to repay me, but the amount owed is pretty clear. 1/2

@JoDiggedy @VodafoneUK We had an area-wide outage, have had nothing but problems since Vodafone shut Thus/Demon down, we both run businesses from home and it gets soul destroying 😔 Hope you get yr issue sorted ASAP, contract is up here! 🙌👍
