Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • Cule75Cule Christopher Cule (@Cule75Cule) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@VodafoneUK I don’t have time telling your company time after time the issues only to be told they have actioned my request and the router sent!!! It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

  • JonMatthews1966 Jon Matthews (@JonMatthews1966) reported from Cinderford, England

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

  • Saralimback Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

  • samwadd Samantha Waddington (@samwadd) reported from Cinderford, England

Absolutely fuming with @VodafoneUK having been forced to change our data plan, now one phone not getting data and will take 48 hours to fix! Have been lied to and completely messed about. #angry #fuming #notlookedafter #loyaltymeansnothing

  • AdMorra Adam Morrissey (@AdMorra) reported from Chepstow, Wales

@VodafoneUK Can someone call me back please reference my broadband account, being on hold for 40 mins by one of the largest telco’s globally is horrific service!

@VodafoneUK Need urgent help. My port out got messed up because the PAC code seems to have some issues. On-call with customer service from last 3 hrs now.

  • PMClack Paul Clack (@PMClack) reported

@VodafoneUK very upset and cross with service from you, we are never using your services again. I was a loyal customer since 2017, went to upgrade to Super WiFi and you have cut me off and cancelled my telephone line. I now have no phone or broadband and can't get my old number.

  • DYELthough Jay Edmonds (@DYELthough) reported

@VodafoneUK Then why are you open at all? Every service you offer can be done over a phone or online. I don’t see the point of this decision, it unnecessarily makes the consumers life more difficult.

  • jplatt9 Jamie Platt (@jplatt9) reported

@virginmedia any chance of you providing high speed broadband in SK7 area so I don’t have to put up with the terrible @VodafoneUK broadband for much longer? #day3ofnointernet

    @VodafoneUK my wifi is down!

  • roboemjay SmoothEmJay (@roboemjay) reported

@VodafoneUK I see your service is STILL complete trash. Disconnected 3 times in the last fking hour. I'm not going to DM you. Not going through your brain dead chat support system. This has gone on since the start of the contract. You're garbage. Just know that.

  • richieh Richie H  (@richieh) reported

standard @VodafoneUK policy for support calls to put you on hold for 15 mins and then just cut you off. Customer service at Vodafone is totally useless.

  • Ryan_DMar Ryan Martin (@Ryan_DMar) reported

@VodafoneUK BT are telling me that VF need to submit a ORDI, and that VF need to do it as I don't have an account with BT but have been with VF for 15+yrs. The VF customer service rep I spoke to said they can't help and that it's BT who need to sort it. 2/2

  • stuwallace Stuart Wallace (@stuwallace) reported

@VodafoneUK 3 months to get £857 in insurance payments back to 2017 for devices I no longer have. Never told how to cancel and assumed shop cancelled. £40 compensation offered. Ofcom and FCA are next people I’m contacting.
