    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK Well no one is getting back to me. 33mins on hold right now. I have never had to wait more than a few mins to speak with someone before. Have been with Vodafone for 20 years ! I need to speak to someone as I need my discounts applied and rhe app doesn’t do that

    As a new customer to @VodafoneUK I gotta say their signal coverage is piss poor compared to @EE ...get what you pay for I suppose.

    @hsyed @VodafoneUK Cost mostly, BT works but it’s £££. Vodafone were providing the same line but at half the cost. In hindsight, I don’t think it was a smart move, especially given the customer service woes (BT were always instant)

    @JoGoodwinDance @VodafoneUK I had the same issue. Told 1-3 working days for delivery of my new phone. Received a text saying there are issues at the warehouse. Basically have to wait until I receive a text and they can’t give me a time frame as to when it will be resolved.

    I got in touch with @VodafoneUK twice in the last two weeks because 4G/ 5G mobile home broadband doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.
