@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

@VodafoneUK @annecater Apologies are fine, but this is twice now within the last 2-3 months. We pay a fair amount for the broadband pro service with VF, yet the dongle backup is so poor it’s not even usable, and a complete waste of money. What we need is a stable and fit for purpose connection..

Anybody who's thinking of going with @VodafoneUK for your broadband needs, just don't. Unless, of course, you really like having no Internet connection for literally weeks on end, getting the same response from L1 support forever because you're actually in Purgatory. Useless.
