I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

A total of 15 days for a global communications company uo fix my broadband. Was told Xmas and ny holidays "don't matter, we have 24/7 cover". Now I'm being told "well, the holidays..."
