    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK Been on the phone with Vodafone ages and getting no where. Still on now. We were miss sold a package and 18 months later we are still complaining about the lack of speed and customer services. They then want us to pay a disconnection fee to get out of our contract.

    @seesawesss @VodafoneUK Hi! I used to work at a mobile carrier's service center (please do not ask, I am not at liberty to disclose due to reasons pertaining to my employment termination). I can say from experience what you likely heard was the data release valve expanding and technicians talking loudly

    @VodafoneUK hi, i requested a defreeze code for my phone and you sent me the network unlocking code - but it didnt work bc the phone is freezed and needs a defreeze code
