However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK As someone who has 5 phones on one account - a credit check hit for every upgrade is simply never going to happen. A good upgrade service is now unusable for me at least. Looking for a new supplier now.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I have just joined Vodafone and can't get WiFi calling enabled with you. My Google Pixel XL works on other networks, but it’s not on your list of ”compatible phones". Support won't pass me to 3rd line who I know have done this for other unlisted phones. Pls HELP!

    @VodafoneUK Yes I’ve done that - my point is that the issue is still going on. When will this be resolved? Given I rely on this for both my phone and 4/5G home internet router, it’s incredibly inconvenient

    @TheRead85331288 @VodafoneUK And even cheaper if you have a phone to trade in, Also I find apple more reliable at responding and helping me with issues, I used to be with O2 but they where messy 💀
