@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK absolute joke Vodafone, was sold a lie, regarding your broadband had no internet since Friday with no update on what’s going on. Was on hold for hour today was told I would receive a phone call tonight, to fix the problem still nothing.

@VodafoneUK this is absolutely not good enough bear in mind most people are wfh, my Internet has been down since about 11am and I have restart and reset my router 3 times already and still not working, call customer service and was on the line for 2 hours + no one pickup.

After twice spending 3+ hours @VodafoneUK customer service just trying to get the deal they agreed with me (+ even then I still had to pay more than they agreed) the final insult as the website sends me round in circles when I try to leave + "no agents available to help"
