@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK can you assist. Been waiting all morning for an engineer visit for home broadband. 8am-1pm slot. No communication from an engineer. No agents available on ToBi to ask & after 80 mins on hold to customer services the call was disconnected your end. Where are you all?

@VodafoneUK This is all fine but there is no timeline of when this is expected to be resolved. Last time this happened I had no mobile coverage for four weeks because of access issues the mend the mast. You’re very quick though to send me updates on price increases!

Come on @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK - Now on day 8 outage for our home broadband (and not just our house). No explanation, no timescales, was no point moving from @BT to your service. (#notimpressed !)
