    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK Clearly most of the country is out. I've been down since 8am. No word of what's caused it either ? Is it a cyber attack ? Solar flare ? Is it just having technical issues that's somehow taking nearly 7 hours so far to Tey fix ? Answers needed !!!

    @VodafoneUK you guys are copying and pasting complaint responses, you’re being useless. at least start giving us updates on the situation so we aren’t left in the dark about this, a lot of us have work to do that requires wifi.

    @NeilSolan @VodafoneUK Presumably a lot of people will have spent hours trying to get through on the phone to report their outage when a simple text from Vodafone could have reassured them that it was being worked on and let them get on with their day.
