@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK, how hard do you make it to cancel an order that you couldn’t fulfil in your stated timeline? Your agent said that the request to cancel had been submitted and it would be done within 24 hours, yet days later I’ve received a text saying the order is further delayed

@VodafoneUK Long time Vodafone customer. Very disappointed for the 1st time. 2F Upgrade orders placed 26/11. Delivery date promised was 29/11. They're still not dispatched and online customer service can't tell me when I'll get them 😪

@VodafoneUK why is it impossible to speak to a human in customer service? The chat bot and telephone menu system is a horrible customer experience. Keep getting an sms for a link to something that does not fix my problem.

Trying to renew my @virginmedia mobile contract, but the deals on the website aren't available when renewing? Anyone know why the best deals are for new customers only? Or do I need to go back to @VodafoneUK? The Virgin website is shockingly bad.
