@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@virginmedia and @VodafoneUK - we are now 7 days without any mobile phone signals of any type - no service status update available and no idea how long the outage will continue. A major safety concern in a rural area as people rely on mobile for safety.

@VOXI_UK Mobile Internet issues over the past few days on the @VodafoneUK network is unacceptable and its not just twitter being affected as I'm starting to see some online stores not loading assets. I'm refunding and switching network if not resolved by tomorrow.
