@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK makes it impossible to actually speak to someone in customer services: 191 sends you around in circles & online provides links via text, their online bot just is of no help & also goes round in circles. They do make it impossible to speak to an actual person

NEVER go with Vodafone broadband, waiting 5 weeks with no wifi and the customer service has been appalling, three attempts to send out a router , then it arrived misconfigured, 2 engineers and still no solution they've been an absolute disgrace!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

Hey @VodafoneUK my sim card has suddenly stopped working for no clear reason. Other sims work so it’s not my iPhone 13 Pro. I can’t log on to your site either because of needing telephone verification… hoping you’ll help because I’m about to stick an O2 sim in my phone…
