    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK saga continues. The router that they said would help the problem, the one that's due today is now not needed. Lvl2 tech said yesterday I needed it. Lvl2 tech said this morning it won't help..... #joke #broadband I can hear the words #youdontknowwhatyouredoing

That's shocking service, I'm looking to switch when my contracts up with 02 but will avoid Vodafone now

    @VodafoneUK Your Bot not working was part of the problem. I was then transferred around on chat through 4 people. Finally the product I wanted couldn’t be booked. I booked an install online later myself, but I’ve still not received a confirmation email
