@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Being left on read by @VodafoneUK webchat after @CPWTweets signed me up to a contract when I wasn’t due an upgrade. Now I’ve lost my number, have had no service for a week and O2 are sending me bills that I’m unable to pay without an account.

@VodafoneUK urgent issue. Three network numbers cannot contact my Vodafone number. It is saying it is unrecognisable, yet they can text me. I can ring Three network numbers but they cannot ring me. Maybe some routing files were not transferred over from Three mobile to Vodafone?
