@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@CityFibre Been more than 30 days since my promised activation date. @VodafoneUK keeps saying that you guys need to fix cable some times and pole box some other times. Amid this I see flyers in my mail, saying city fibre is here, pls join. Pls fix the issue.
