@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK been on hold for the 3 time for over 2 hours now trying to sort my broadband home move. 1st 2 time team member said they need to send my issue to the back office team. I would be called in 2/3 days. Both times I haven't been called, and now I'm chasing Vodafone again!
