@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK I have been paying for broadband twice because vodafone failed to notify my outgoing supplier, sky. Sky are refusing to refund me for a service I never had as under contract. It is 2 months now @ c.£36/month What can I do?

@VodafoneUK funny how Vodafone can reply to tweets about people’s phone books but can’t reply to real customers needs better then worrying about people’s Phone contacts no wonder so many customers complain poor service

So it's not VodafoneUK charging in the end. It isn’t VodafoneUK that changed the terms & conditions. Safaricom agreed to let a customer pay this amount. VodafoneUK isn't profiteering anything significant. Safaricom's the one making most of the money off of a roaming call. /3

@VodafoneUK Oh, it looks like the "xtra" contracts are exactly the same as my contract but newer.. (I'm on RED). So a new customer would get this offer but not me who signed up earlier?
