    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK why does it take 39 minutes and counting to get through your switch board - you website is down so cannot pay a bill - but - guaranteed customers will get cut off and charges given for not paying

    @VodafoneUK You know what? I just checked Giffgaff and they can provide the service. Plus the have unlimited data for £35 not like Vodafone pay as you go that costs £40. I can’t keep wasting my time with Vodafone..

    @VodafoneUK I’m abroad and trying to buy additional data - I’ve tried everything suggested - text, App, online - all say they can’t do it at this time - is this a Vodafone technical issue? Thanks

    @LPepperpot @VodafoneUK Same here, absolutely useless to keeping customers informed as usual. All they need to do is put a simple post on here, they'd save us an their staff so much grief. Awful customer service. Shall be taking my business elsewhere shortly.

    @VodafoneUK The app won't let me top up due to an error. So I called the number to do it & it said the is a technical issue & it can't top up my phone either 😞
