    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    So @VodafoneUK are switching off our Sure Signal. Will have to use VoWifi, but our phones dont support VoWifi Text messages, needed for 2 factor Authentication. Asked what the solution is. Find another network was the answer. Not thought out.

    @ROISINSBRYSON @VodafoneUK If you're switching providers also don't use @ThreeUK had the same problem, tried to leave for months and they kept charging me then said they had no evidence of me trying to leave so couldn't refund 🙄🙄 The greed is sickening especially right now!

    Having a contract with @VodafoneUK is enough to kill yourself. Now they’re cutting me off and sending to collections. When they even took part responsibility to why I’ve had so much issue over the last however months. I can’t take it anymore. My anxiety is through the roof!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been speaking with the directors office. We had Openreach ***** poles beginning of December, service from Vodafone has been awful.
