    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneUK No, your customer service is lying about a router we have sent back, tracked and showing delivered with a signature by your staff and you’re making it our responsibility that you cannot find your router and keeping us hostage in the contract. This is utterly shameful behaviour

    Do not ever use @VodafoneUK ! They’re holding us hostage in a contract where the internet is not working, we sent them everything back as advised, tracked, it got delivered! Just because you are lying about not finding the delivery does not give you the right to keep charging!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my number over to you guys today and it is active, however I can’t sign up for a my vodafone account and I need to top up. Otherwise I’m leaving the house at 8 months pregnant with no access to calls or texts. Why’s it not working?

    @VodafoneUK This is not about the fault, in raising an issue about the fact that your Twitter feed was not updated, and you didn't have link to a current fault status so everyone could check periodically. Every company has issues from time to time, but you don't help yourselves or us!

    @VodafoneUK No broadband service since Bad Friday! Third major outage in four weeks. The second one cost me a homeworking job. No mobile data left. No end in sight to this shoddiness. Time to find a reliable ISP.

    Woken to find all the @VodafoneUK / Apple interface issues resolved. So I’m guessing it really was a fault with Vodafone rather than with the multiple users telling them. When I’ve had an individual issue, I’ve found their customer service excellent, but yesterday was ridiculous.
