However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

  @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Adrian. Hang on two more years, do not contact them or make any offer of payment, the debt can’t be recovered if you’ve not made a payment or tried to negotiate. Do not accept this so called debt is real.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
