@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Try call @VodafoneUK they send a text to go speak to ‘Tobi’, I then speak to ‘Tobi’ who tells me everyone’s busy call the customer service number. #thanks #customerservice

@VodafoneUK But you can’t get through to any body to cancel you contracts. You never pick up. 2 hours I was on hold and then the line went dead. You are stealing from me when I don’t need to be paying for contracts that have expired. Thieves
