@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK there is no broadband coverage in the London E5 8.. area… we can’t be paying bills for a service that doesn’t work and text message apologises. Just fix it. I need to work from home otherwise I’m going back to BT.

@VodafoneUK Would be handy if someone actually advised that before asking me to make contact. The options now not working. What would be easier, is if Vodafone just properly enabled WiFi calling for me. It must be the SIM or your side as worked before and the phone you gave me is supported??

@VodafoneUK what's going on with mobile data in the East London area? For the past 3-4 days it's been slow. Taking ages to load webpages, social media posts and also video buffering is intermittently super slow. And to highlight my point, it's taken me 2 attempts to tweet this!

@VodafoneUK So, still no further on here @vodafone. Your Dam's have an automated chatbot linked to them and so when I send as asked I get an automated can't help back. Please sort my SIM so that WiFi calling can be enabled on the phone you support and sold me. I'm missing calls & txts

@VodafoneUK Hey James, obviously you don't as the first time I called the operator identified the issue and instructed me to cancel the debit payment with my bank without saying I didn't have any security on the account.

ONCE AGAIN @VodafoneUK broadband let's me down!! Second time in 2 weeks!! Surely if your not upholding your end of the deal I can look elsewhere and terminate the contract without any extra charges?
