    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK major fibre outage in Hampton Peterborough. Many internet services out since Wednesday. Not working from home friendly!

    @Saralimback @VodafoneUK Yeah haven’t had no problems and they are the most reasonably priced. If I don’t have signal I’ve nearly always got WiFi and the WiFi calling works well.

    @Saralimback @VodafoneUK I wouldn't touch @VodafoneUK after the nightmare experience I had dealing with my son's account. My sincere advice would be to switch as soon as you can. EE are good re customer service imo, available, clear, helpful etc.

    @VodafoneUK having finally worked out that I have been overcharged for at lea 15 months minimum why is it impossible to find a valid email address for Vodafone to send a complaint to? I am blind and live chat does not work for me neither do I want to call I want a written record
