    Haven’t heard from @VodafoneUK since Sunday - im still in shock that after being a customer for so long their service is this abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK since your upgrade to profibre2 we have not had our phone or wifi working at the same time. Daily calls to your help desk are fruitless. Promises of 24hour rectification fail. Still no phone service for nearly 3weeks now. On hold currently for 55mins.

    Hi @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK why do you not support WiFi calling on OnePlus 10 Pro phone @OnePlus_UK - the phone supports it. Even helpful Voxi support agent gave up!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ben. I've just spoken (again) to Vodafone, and they have now confirmed there is currently a 'known issue' with WI-FI Calling at *your* end, and there is nothing else 'I' can do - other than... wait!

    24 days later, & we've had an engineer diagnose YOUR router as the problem, @VodafoneUK. TWENTY FOUR days! We have been begging for you to send out an engineer. You could have fixed this 3 weeks ago. Now we wait for the replacement. Absolutely appalling customer service from you.
