@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

At the risk of looking stupid, though, is there any way to check whether they've credited my account? I keep checking my app, but nothing seems to have changed. Thank you!

Trying to resolve the issue and get sense from Vodafone was useless they wanted the name of the person who spoke to me in the shop and I had no idea but would recognise him. It went no further as ai had paid the baliff

@VodafoneUK Would you say £25 is nominal for this service. I wouldn’t! £25 is extortionate for the service that was provided. In fact excellent customer service would have included it for free. Obviously showing you don’t provide excellent customer service!

Apparently this is the quickest way to contact @VodafoneUK - I’ve been a customer of this carrier for about 20 years and I will enjoy cancelling my contract…when your office re-open tomorrow. After all, it is very late… cough 8.30pm

@VodafoneUK you are a absolute disgrace, been a loyal customer for 24 years and the one time I need a bit of good will you keep me on the phone for hours intermittently and want £400 for me to cancel my plan to get new gigacube makes me rethink who I should be using as a provider
