I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!
