    At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

    @VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to add an additional line to my account but your website checkout isn’t working (and hasn’t been for several days). Call centre staff can’t help and just tell me to ‘try tomorrow’. Shall I go elsewhere or can someone sort this?

    Fucksake @VodafoneUK trying to do a trade in for my old phone is a nightmare and now have to wait to re do it as you think my phone is damaged and there isn’t a single ounce of damage to it

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @Sam_McK_88 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Typical is having signal (2+ bars) but very low data throughput, at times not even being able to connect to speedtest site. Is patchy though. but can mean most of walk from home is poor data (hence frustration). East of brighton (ie kemptown) can be awesomely fast.

    @Keb19Rre @VodafoneUK @mouthwaite If I had the chance again I would not have switched to Vodafone. One of the worst customer service teams I have ever dealt with. A handful of agents that care about the customer, the rest not worth the time. A company of sharks.
