If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

Just an update to confirm @VodafoneUK have still done absolutely zero to connect me to broadband. I’ve had some bad customer experiences in my time but I honestly do not recall anything close to being as bad as this. Never use #vodafone , think twice, don’t trust their platitudes

Hmmm… we don’t seem to be able to login to EA on @VodafoneUk since the outages on morning of 8th April. Works fine pairing to other networks via mobile. Not a massive problem for me. But my kids can’t play @TheSims. Oh wait. That’s a #massiveproblem for me.
