I once again @VodafoneUK will ask me to remove my phone socket to check why my internet is down I will shoot myself. It’s nothing to do with a dammed socket when there is no signal the last two days and no one seems to answer the question why I should pay for something🚨

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

Appalled at @VodafoneUK are attempting to charge us for several days when we had no broadband provision. And that they are not offering the compensation for the delay we were promised over the phone. 10 days without service was a huge inconvenience

@VodafoneUK @fluxsource What if your wi-fi is also slow and unreliable? I live in a fairly large town, but my home is a dead spot for both Vodafone signal as well as slow internet speeds. Let alone those who live in rural villages like Adam. Surely you only remove a service when its not needed at all?
