@VodafoneUK Service still down and still can’t get my money back or any answers. Changing to another provider. Mainly because of the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

@RikeFranke @VodafoneUK I’m a great supporter of privacy, but I can do that much better myself, I don't need any EU bureaucracy that has led to the whole Internet being littered with annoying hints that nobody reads, which only complicates life. We need more digital education and less stupid EU laws.
