@VodafoneUK Oh god, security is you lot sending me repeatedly texts with a 4 digit number after I’ve told you I’ve No Service. Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

I went through unbelievable amount of stress last week because @VodafoneUK decided to take down all services simultaneously at my location, without any warning. If Gas & Water can give advanced notice, why can't Vodafone. It was premeditated, with an unnecessary bad execution.

Never in my life have had a call full of so much BS as I've just had from a @VodafoneUK technical manager. I do not like being patronised on whether my #GigaCube is fixed or not, as it doesn't move. @VodafoneGroup must take responsibility for services promised. @ofcom your turn.
