Mainly because if the customer service issues and the way Vodafone staff have dealt with the complaints/queries over the weeks. But thank you for replying over 24 hours LATER 😐

Been there before, in one day over 12 times before the penny dropped I CAN NOT receive texts due to no service.

So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years & just over 4 years ago I gave up getting a phone with my contract. I can go elsewhere & get better deals, so when my sim only contract ends it's goodbye.
