Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Furthermore there’s NO engineers at Grange Hill or Braeside Hilland. So I believe the service it trying to work off Perth Errol and Lomond hills which is resulting a restricted service. Still can’t receive/make calls and txts still fail to send, sporadic signal.

@VodafoneUK I tried to speak to someone, but apparently this isn’t possible and the web team can’t help - so they’ve passed it on to a debt collector. After receiving the first bill I provided Power of Attorney and jumped through hoops to resolve the issue. 2/3
