Anyone got a semi reasonable reply from @VodafoneUK about their broadband outage? Can't believe a large company like VF has put nothing about a major fault on their website or social media. Esp at the moment when people are working from home.

@Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

@O2 my first visit to London since switching from @VodafoneUK. I'm in disbelief that I'm only achieving H in certain parts. I can't think of a time where I wasn't on 4G with Vodafone. Is there something wrong with your service? My home town, Knutsford is atrocious.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK is by far the most hopeless and incompetent U.K. company I’ve ever interacted with. Doing anything is difficult and time consuming. Their website is horrendously slow. Their customer service is unbearable. Where is your £6.5bn in annual revenue going??!

@VodafoneUK @ICOnews It seems the further I speak to the @VodafoneUK account the less it’s accountable for vodaphone (in the UK) and the support only covers VeryMe and not the network it uses to spam people (also coincidentally vodaphone)
