    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @The_Mark_Morris @VodafoneUK Calling to dispute my bill and all I get is “before we can connect you to an operate, we can see you have an outstanding amount to pay, we will now send you to our automated payment service”. Useless

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK So Vodafone UK, if I was taking out a new contract you would be all over this taking my money, as you did when you miss sold a service you could not deliver, but when someone raises a complaint you just ignore it. Then send dept collectors in to do the ***** work.
