Just been blatantly lied to by an agent @VodafoneUK my internet has been down for 21 hours and the bloke in India first told me 2-24 hours now he changed his mind to 24-48 hours don’t touch these with a barge pole

@VodafoneUK The two humans I've been speaking to have been absolutely lovely, as was the staff member in the I spoke to at end of last summer. But autobots are not something you can use for customer support.

@VodafoneUK Really disappointed in lack of support & customer service. iPad taken out in Nov for Xmas present, not activated until 4days after Christmas, turns itself off and not back on again after 5days. Sent off for repair to receive disgusting lack of help!

@VodafoneUK to get cut off bang on 8 o clock. I've asked to cancel and not been allowed. How is it fair that I've paid hundreds on internet that I'm not receiving? I have a 1 year old son and don't have time to be taking off work for engineer visits and spending on the phone (2)

@VodafoneUK i'm through to someone now, but the bot sent me to the wrong person. But the fact you make it impossible to cancel a contract and you can open but not close an account in your stores is shockingly bad customer service.
