@VodafoneUK How can I get my internet fixed?! You've not provided me with service for 25 days now. My fault has just gone back to the "third line team" for the third time and still I am being told to "be patient and expect an update within 48 working hours"

@VodafoneUK I’m sure @Crownyy93 would love some #VodafoneTreats like having his internet work. But alas, because of your company’s terrible customer service, he hasn’t had any for TWO WEEKS. Is this what your customers can expect when they sign up with your company?

@VodafoneUK please can you explain why I keep being passed for pillar to post when trying to sort my internet out ? I’ve been told numerous problems which seem to change each phone call. Im a key working and I need my internet. I’ve even offered to pay for the engineer to come.!!

@VodafoneUK I have already spent 3 hours with your customer “support” going through the basics of “is it plugged in 30 times in the same 50 seconds of me saying yes it’s plugged in, sort your **** out or get an engineer in

@Crownyy93 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Wow. You people really don't care about customer service and tbh it shows so hard. This guy just wants to be listened to and sadly it's just not happening is it? Poor POOR service. Not suprised.

@mcDarke @VodafoneUK @EE is the way forward mate. Last time I trialled a Vodafone sim the customer service was shocking, but that's another story.

@VodafoneUK over a month now without signal in TR20. Keep being given different dates that it will be sorted. Complaints team have stopped calling with updates as their isn’t any. 7 weeks in total since December that you are not providing what I pay for. This is unacceptable.

@JesssicaAF @VodafoneUK Have a glass on me :D I work in IT and many moons ago, qualified as a BT engineer. Had my fair share of problems in the past, and mostly, the problem boils down to the OpenReach network rather than the provider. Just a shame we have to jump through the Support hoops.
