@VodafoneUK I have tried chatting to your bot which tells me it is 'great my issue is fixed' when it is not. We have a new phone which came without SIM or tool to open phone, then you sent SIM and now unable to activate it for love nor money. It has been weeks. This is terrible.

@VodafoneUK It's so slow. I used to get 20Mbps which I was OK with. I've changed to 3g , different provider with no success. Using Gigabit Cube. Also I expect contention ratio during the weekends, however it's raining and no one is here... 0.7Mbps right now..
