Why do companies no longer acknowledge loyalty to the brand... recently moved car insurance after 5yrs and saved 35% and now after 13yrs moving from @VodafoneUK as saved £40pm for same deal, they offered me £7pm saving! Its easier to keep a customer than seek out a new one!

@VodafoneUK 124 minutes today-alone across four calls, then my call was suspiciously dropped after I took exception to the agent telling ME “I’m not asking for much here!” Despite 9 hours this week on the phone to them and 10months of reported faults.. disgraceful customer care.

@vodaphoneuk so I have had my issue rectified by calling the complaints department and the lovely Patrick E was able to assist and resolve my issue. Maybe @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup should train all your reps the way Patrick had been.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Shockingly bad service from #vodafonebusiness. Switch intended for Friday, faulty router sent. No order placed for replacement. Yesterday, no mobile data either. How is this business service? Promised a supervisor call this morning, no call received.
