@VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

@VodafoneUK poor service boys and girls when making a recent order though you. Chatbots and webchat as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Apparently you deliver phones when they are not in stock. Your social media team were quite helpful though. Went with @O2 in the end.
