    @VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

    @VodafoneUK So anyone reading this kind reply. Vodafone customer service is keeping busy with asking questions and in the end you get nothing. Better to cancel membership as trial period is unsuccessful.

    @VodafoneUK broadband has been atrocious the last few days. Unable to even load up support page on the app. Other customers I know in the county also having the same issues. Download speeds are between 1-3mbps

    @VodafoneUK It’s ok all sorted IN STORE but ur customer service on calls is shocking after 4 hours of calls the store sorted it in about half an hour I’ll never be back with Vodafone again not even a sorry from customer service @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK resolution managers will try call you twice at their convenience and if you miss 2 calls they close your case and won't resolve anything following that. So if something goes wrong you are on your own peeps! And what ever you do never ask TOBi a question... just don't
