    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @benjamincohen @VodafoneUK I had this from. Eon had sold on an unpaid bill at a flat BELOW the one I lived in, 6 months after I moved out. Likely similar error. I had to spend ages on the phone and raise issues about Data breaches before they admitted their mistake.

    @benjamincohen @VodafoneUK I had this. Someone had stolen my identity. First move is to get a credit report from Experian that will list all credit in your name (do you can cancel anything else) then refute the charges one at a time. Afraid this was a bit of a slog. All the best
