    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I purchased broadband from you on 29/06. You mishandled my order. Now I haven’t been sent details of my £140 gift card which was promised. I’m most disappointed. I half expected this problem after mishandling so I have confirmation proof.

    @ratfromhalo3 @VodafoneUK 2 to have to wire the same devices to maintain speed. Just going to leave and pay the exit fee, not worth the time on the phone and not worth paying for an inconsistent shocking service

    @ratfromhalo3 @VodafoneUK 1 said that the min spd is not guaranteed unless device is wired. Tried to say it was an issue with the booster. can have an unwired device at 450mbs at 7 30pm. Same device positioned in the same place with no extra strain on the network can go to 20mbs at night. Not worth it to

    @VodafoneUK your TOBI chatbot is not fit for purpose, neither is your customer services support. I just need my broadband fixed, but it's hurdles, hot coals, ant trial by fire before you can even speak to someone helpful! Disgusting

    @VodafoneUK Trying to rectify incorrect contract renewal on Tobi chat. Spent 2 hours being passed from pillar to post. No joy. Went into store. Told only online chat can rectify problems. Round and round in circles. Still at square one. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!

    @VodafoneUK appalling service. ESIM didn't come through after yesterday night's request. Had been with 2 different support people since morning and i was assured it would be sorted within an hour. Talking to third person now and he is asking me if I have received my physical sim

    @VodafoneUK it has been a week since I DMd on here you just trying to find out if Cityfibre are attending my property to fix a mess of an instillation from 2 weeks before. Your instillation services are terrible, your customer services are just as bad. You have my details.
