@VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

@VodafoneUK will sell you products / upgrades from their shops but in order to cancel anything you have to phone up. Been on hold for almost 45 minutes now. My contract ended a year ago. Rip off merchants.
