I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

@VodafoneUK you sent out a microfilter today but I'm working and there's no option to leave with neighbour or redirect to where I'm working. Am I not going to get this order till the end of the week? Apparently I need it to fix my broken broadband that i reported months ago
