@VodafoneUK Hi Liam, I’ve seen that page before. It doesn’t really address the hoax/scam call problem - scammers don’t register with TPS I’m afraid. Sky Call Shield answers the call, asks the caller to identify themselves, then announces them to me. I can accept once, accept always or block.

@VodafoneUK It’s not “the best that you can do” it’s all that you are prepared to do. You’ve emptily promised to do “ the best” but in reality you’ve made false promises (loan phone whilst mine is in for repair) and your company has handled a customer of 15 years with contempt.

@VodafoneUK supposed debt in order to cancel it now, again. No, you can't to that, they say - you can only move to PAYG. I don't want to do that, I want to close my account, I respond. You can't, they say, because we only offer the facility to stop taking payments monthly and move to PAYG...

@stephenpollard @VodafoneUK I'm not easily impressed, but Smarty's mobile phone package (on the 3 Network) is brilliant, cheap and you can instantly cancel. I can tether my laptop to the phone, and it's so good I can upload a half hour video in about ten minutes. Cheap option.

@stephenpollard @VodafoneUK I got advice from somebody on the phone about changing the phone I had that kept breaking down no matter how many times it was sorted so I went to a shop and told them this. Advised in the shop I had to find this guy I spoke to on the phone and deal directly with him.

@VodafoneUK After two blissful years my contract ended - new contract + network issues = 20+ phoncalls - no resolution and Vodafone excelling in the worst customer service- cant make calls (I have unlimited) because I have reached my spending cap which was set at 0 in the first place WTF?
