    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    What we do have is the offer to leave the contract without any early termination charges. Is this @VodafoneUK admitting that they have no clue what they’re doing, what the fault is or any idea of how to fix it?

    A local Vodafone shop upgraded my partners contract 8 months ago. Went to get new screensaver today and was told to go to Amazon as they only cater for new upgrades. Such bad after service @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK We’ve just joined virgin media, been sent username and password to log in to our new account and the website keeps saying there are internal errors. This isn’t looking very good to say we’ve only just joined in the last 20 minutes

    I am in the NW10 area and the broadband has been down for four days. I've now been told it will be down until 1 May as there is a technical fault in the area. Is anyone else experiencing this and what are the options to getting Internet? @VodafoneUK
