Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

You can't plan onan exception for every random phone number that might text or call you in the middle of the night if a loved one randomly ends up in a hospital, and it's a too late to tell someone to DND for something they didn't expect

@VodafoneUK I'm not 'feeling the connection' with your customer service on the online chat. I've spent about two hours trying to cancel my contract and still no further on! Half an hour this morning, and now booted off. Very poor.

@Craigchelsea91 Yes, their customer service is appalling. @VodafoneUK had been overcharging me for months and offered not enough refund. They are not solving it within their own agreed 7-10 days. It’s probably worth trying Sky mobile, they have better prices.

Such shockingly bad customer service from @VodafoneUK I've spent hours, on multiple occasions, reporting an issue with our landline, and it's still not fixed a week later.

@VodafoneUK your website is so riddled with errors I give up. Sort it out - this is THE worst example of an e-commerce website I have ever come across. Whoever built it - fire them, they are worth £0.00 per hour.

@lucky225 @DemeryUK @VodafoneUK I was on a WhatsApp group with members all round the world. The only solution was an auto-do-not-disturb covering my usual sleep time, because sometimes I would forget to do it manually.
