    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    God forbid I was an elderly customer...I would have given up a long time ago. This is what @VodafoneUK thinks of their customers...not everyone has the will to stand up for their rights

    @VodafoneUK Oh so I’ve found out!! My point is at NO point during my call to yourselves to upgrade aas I told this was the case!! Bad customer service! It’s like selling someone a car letting them get to the petroleum station and not giving them the key to the petrel cap!!!

    Another month, another shiteload of problems trying to top up my phone. @VodafoneUK you are astronomically useless. It is truly astounding how many issues I've had in just under a year.

    @VodafoneUK My broadband has been so bad today my son has used 2gb of his PAYG data trying to do Microsoft teams online lessons. This is NOT okay. What can I do about this, because I can't afford this amount of money on his data when our broadband is so appalling.

    @VodafoneUK @educationgovuk Advertise it then I will let you into a secret the poor dont have internet so its pointless advertising it on the internet also not everyone has a tv where's the leaflets through the door.
