Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK The nearest mast is adversely affected by rain and rain. We need another mast nearer the centres of population. But it’s not worth your while. In the summer it’s overload with holiday makers. Customer service is rubbish. I wish I’d never left O2. My OH won’t swap. He’s stupid

Absolutely disgusted with service from @VodafoneUK, have been without correct numbers from end of July and everything takes 24 hours to fix but it never gets fixed!

@VodafoneUK Hi, thank you for replying. Your sales team had the same issue....not very helpful! @CityFibre's issues email support are also most unhelpful (they just keep confirming its available vs reading my emails!). Openreach is on its way so i guess i'll have to wait for that!

@VodafoneUK Your advisors are useless. They just read off a script. We were even told to buy a Netgear signal extender which didn’t make any difference If I had my way we’d be shot of you. It took a year of overcharging to even get our bill right and we won’t have a direct debit now.

@VodafoneUK That’s not what I need to do. It’s the same network. Another 1 hour 20 min call to Vodafone last night and still not fixed and no line.
