Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK I did that already 2 days ago. I called Customer Service aswell today too. (As I did this for 21 days, sometimes 2-3 times a day) You can check my info from the last chat with you. I am not accepting to wait anymore. ı want this issue to be resolved asap! ENOUGH!!!!

@VodafoneUK what an appalling customer service system you run. Tried to use you for broadband, but months down the line we’re still not connected and are unable to actually get to speak to someone about it without paying you for the privilege. We’ll take our business elsewhere.

@thepenof @VodafoneUK 2/2 positive thing not a vulnerability. For me, being the victim of narcissistic abuse at the same time as being abused by the police, a council and their accomplices created a feedback loop. I was 48 before I put my foot down with people and they're not going to undo that now.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, @VodafoneUK… 21 days passed with no broadband internet and still no sign of an engineer visit. I guess I will have my service back next year in 2024 huh? @WeAreOpenreach what do you want to say about this situation? Do I need to humiliate people to get a proper service?
