No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

I even paid the extra fees incurred because of your error. Now you have charged her again. What do I have to do to close her account?
