    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK I just spoke to your live help who confirmed the phone was sent via royal mail so why are you living to customers? This is a joke as I can't track the package and when I phoned royal mail, they said nothing is in the system, despite giving them the tracking number provided

    @VodafoneUK Hi I haven't been able to receive data signal for 2 days and the network status tracker says there is coverage problems in the area due to building a new mast. Is there an estimate how long the signal will be out for?

    @VodafoneUK how can i make a complaint? i have had some poor customer service experiences including call backs not happening, repetition of the exact same steps when they don't work multiple times and even losing network connection because of bad sim swap advice.

    I would like an explanation as to why you think this okay? @VodafoneUK You may be setting low standards and tolerate thoughtless and lazy procedures, but I do now. I expect a response to my complaint by C.O.B on 31/12/20

    @VodafoneUK all I want to do is renew my contract with you. The hassle this is causing me you would think you didn't want my custom. Customer service on point .... not sure I should even renew now. Pretty sure it would be easier to cancel and go elsewhere
