    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK your mobile internet does not work and never has worked as long as I've noticed in EN5 Barnet area, it is extremely patchy and doesn't work in places from here all the way to North Finchley

    @VodafoneUK I ordered a device on Wednesday paid £10.00 for delivery. Folks stayed in all day to then be told was never coming. Changed address to pick up point and still nothing. Get email every day saying it's coming next day and it has not. Really not hapy atal Called DPD and stil there

    @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    Hey @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup is anyone doing anything about all the promises I've got from you? Another 48h waiting for the signal. Now I have 5 days without signal because I wanted to transfer my number to you Vodafone! That's useless!
