@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK so after being with you since 2004, I needed to upgrade a little early. No problem but advisors trying to charge me more money for less data than what’s advertised 😳😳🤦 customer loyalty out the window then Vodafone 🤬

@VodafoneUK my mum’s new iphone 11 is taking a very long time to send texts and when it finally does 4 of the same messages send in a row. Please advise as she is worried she shouldn’t have switched to @VodafoneUK never had this issue with O2.

@VodafoneUK Hi. Amazon Prime sub inclusive entertainment on my mobile contract until 21/05/2022. Email from Amazon telling me it's been cancelled. Tried DM, was answered...30mins ago, but nothing since. Can somebody PLEASE help me with this?

@VodafoneUK @CDouugs I think today was the WORST day i have had so far in my life. We're fighting to save our house sale from collapsing and to add to that our house is struck by lightening. We have lost several key items including our wi-fi service. Pretty ruddy awful.
