    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Good advice : do not have anything to do with @VodafoneUK broadband. Totally awful support. Seriously hacked off

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK I was told by a lady on 191 I could easily change my plan to one with more data. I was then told by a man on your “dedicated sales team” number I’d have pay to cancel my current contract and start again. Would be good if you all read from the same instruction manual.

    Dear @VodafoneUK When I call up on a landline, and your robot advisor asks me to briefly explain the issue, and I explain that the phone isn't working due to a sim error, why would you then text me advice and end the call without allowing me to speak to an advisor? 4 times?

    @VOXI_UK @AirtimeRewards redeemed a £10 airtime credit reward (still new to this, I can only select Vodafone as my network provider and not Voxi) I don’t know where it’s actually gone as I have still been charged this month, do @VodafoneUK just keep it?

    @VodafoneUK 3rd time they said i have to go to the store again but call them first, gave me a phone number which does not exist. What is going on, fed up with this appalling customer service and still no phone! (2)

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve updated my phone to IOS 16 and can no longer access the network. There is nothing in the mobile data settings just a blank screen. Turned phone off and still not working and switched flight mode off and on. Any known issues with this update that caused it?

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph I've been a customer of yours for nearly 20 years but the way I've been treated recently has been appalling. I've now tried to complain twice using your online 'bot' system and had no response shocking service!!

    @VodafoneUK I'm waiting 3 weeks for my new phone. Called customer service 3 times. 1st time they send me to a store to pick it up. Went to store, NO Phone. 2nd time they said they would send it to home address with a voucher, nothing happened. (1)
