@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

I've been trying to buy a 24 month contract for two items all day from @VodafoneUK I give up. EE also offer a watch3 service so I'll try them. If Vodafone treat new clients this way, how will they treat me after I've signed the contract.

I've been an @VodafoneUK customer for 23 years. But this will be my last contract unless they make a better effort to resolve my problem than constant misinformation, broken promises and a request that I pay more when I'm less than half way through my contract

Anyone else had poor service from @VodafoneUK? Completely messed around for the last 4 weeks. Been made promises that weren't kept, given contradictory info, spent hours on online chat and problem not resolved. Now being told I need to pay for an upgrade. 1/2

@VodafoneUK Bought a phone Dec 16th 2020, Feb 3rd still not working and after over 20 calls plus tweets and messaging nothing from Vodafone. Anyone else impressed with their non service??
