    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK I would never have tried to switch to you from o2 had I known it would be this much hassle! I now have no phone at all!

    @virginmedia Well that’s another customer you’ve lost today. Facing a 100% increase at the end of my 18 month contract and being offered “only” a 36% increase instead by Retentions, I’m off to @VodafoneUK for my broadband. The hours of queuing on the phone didn’t help either. Congratulations!

    @VodafoneUK why is it so ******* difficult to ring into a call centre and speak to someone! I’ve tried 4 times in a row and each time that automated thing just sends a text to a link and basically says to hang up!!!!

    going to to resolve it & iv) what compensation is owing for the huge amount of wasted working time spent on receiving only inconclusive responses. In a word, all @VodafoneUK appear to have done with less than 24 hours to go is i) give a reluctant switcher the hard sell ii) cancel

    @VodafoneUK There is nothing in the junk. I actually had to bar the payments as it is unfair to keep charging me and not allowing to cancel despite almost three months of trying to do so. This is now affecting my credit rating too, but I refuse to be rinsed like this. What’s your solution?
