@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK @Simonc084 I've been holding for your One Net Team for over 49 minutes. All users of our One Net business account cannot make or receive calls. Why not update your website or admit there is an issue with approximate timescale for this being resolved? Poor service.

@VodafoneUK after speaking to one of your advisers I am now out of contract and thank god I am! how I spoke to was rude after finding a deal with 02 for cheaper I was told for the sake of a £52 a year I might as well stay I hope 02 have better customer service.

@VodafoneUK Still no luck. Promised another email about acct reset within another 5 days but heard nothing. Rang today and they went through same password reset procedure and it failed. Told to wait again. I was connected on 16th and still no access to account. Thought BT was bad!
