    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @gstarspirit @VodafoneUK @DPDgroup_news At least they replied to you!!! I can’t get tobi to work on their stupid app. I ordered an upgrade for my wife’s phone fri 26th (for her birthday). Should have arrived Mon 29th. Since the order email confirmation have heard NOTHING and no phone has been delivered!

    Drive to work for the first time since Thursday to find someone tested positive for Covid and we have to work from home, but @VodafoneUK broadband is down and all I have is mobile data, which is due to run out imminently, not that I can work on that 🙃🙃

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the useless reply, I am no longer trying to contact vodafone, you have wasted enough of my time, I am simply going to get another SIM, direct debit has been cancelled. You've had your notice as far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't be a two hour affair just to cancel.
