@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK can someone please help me. I took up your trade in offer well over a month ago. You’ve had my phone since early September and promised the money in my account during the last week of September. I’ve called your “customer services “ twice now.

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK after 3 weeks of no service over Christmas we get service back only to loose it again 3 weeks later. Now another 2 weeks have gone by without any signal in Praa Sands. We are being told it will be another week at least before it is fixed. This is unacceptable

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, no its broadband and @Direct_Save are blaming my lack of service on you. I hate being a Karen and it took 6 days for me to ask me to talk with a manager and they would not put me on to one! I'm at my witts end!! I can't work :-( will loose my job and no calls back!

@VodafoneUK you do esim but then network lock your phones for 3 months. I need a zfold2 5G able to have an esim from you and a US sim from T-Mobile - but need to wait 3 months for it to be unlocked?
