    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

    @VodafoneUK can someone please help me. I took up your trade in offer well over a month ago. You’ve had my phone since early September and promised the money in my account during the last week of September. I’ve called your “customer services “ twice now.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK why is it so impossible to speak to a human at your organisation? The tobi chat doesn't work and the automated service is useless. How do I speak to a human?

    @VodafoneUK No. I am not doing that stupid thing again. The gigafast internet is DOWN in Great Linford MK. Again. And not just for us. This is a service issue on your end, not ours. We've been trying to fix these issues with you lot for months and we've gotten nowhere.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve now spent 7+ hours in online chats with several customer advisors, while sitting in cafes just to have the wifi I need to speak to them. They have all given assurances that have come to nothing. Please could you tell me what compensation we can expect?

    @VodafoneUK I had no broadband from 31st Oct - 4th Jan & your complaints resolution team & managers are refusing to apply compensation. Why is that??? Today I was told only £99 had already been applied… then she decided it was £145 #viral2023 @ofcom (pt. 1)
