Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Shout out to @fibrehop for getting my broadband up and running after @VodafoneUK cancelled my service a month earlier than they should have so i had no internet over the Christmas period. Helen at fibrehop has been awesome sorting this as this is vital for my work.

@VodafoneUK Apparently I've got to contact yourselves again on Monday to request that the resolution manager reach out to DPD to try and find my parcel, as you don't have the internal software that's capable of leaving a note to request this

@VodafoneUK again! After 3 weeks without broadband, 3 hours of complaint calls, instead of getting my “guaranteed refund” promised by customer services I got £63 extra charge instead. Worst network ever

@VodafoneUK Connected after 3 weeks but now you’ve screwed up my bill and failed to deliver promise made over the phone again. Its almost like you’re deliberately bad. Can’t wait for my contract to end. PS thanks for the free internet add on, would have helped if I could get 4or5g anywhere!!

@VodafoneUK I moved to voda on 6.12 last year , since then poor and inconsistent BB speed and no LL phone - promised resolutions and call back from manager - but NOTHING - rubbish service

We have a epidemic of crap customer service in the UK. Just on with @VodafoneUK now whose first port of call when you call with an issue is to blame the customer. Fed up of it. Why can't we have good service????
