Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK problems accessing online acccount. Page 404 errors. Agent Mahwan polite,helpful and very eloquent, but problem persists. Have you been tinkering with your systems and not letting your customers know ?

@VodafoneUK Functional broadband would help! Moved house with you but our bb still not working despite numerous promises, endless calls and waiting on hold. Disconnected at old place 31 Dec and still not working at new place. Hard to do remote learning without internet. Need it fixed asap!
