@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK didn’t even get answered by the wrong department before getting cut off AGAIN. 3.5 hours of waiting, being put through to wrong departments, waiting and being cut off only to have to start again. Not great service.

@VodafoneUK I have had nothing but issues with my Vodafone portable Wi-Fi since purchasing yesterday. After 3 hours on the phone and instant chat to customer service it is still not sorted and I’m being advised to visit a shop yet they are not open!!

@VodafoneUK I did the online diagnostics to trade in my phone. Was told via text message to expect a bag to post the phone back. No Noah has arrived. You’ve now sent another text saying I have 10 days to send in the phone in the bag you haven’t sent. Tried webchat - slow. 1/
