    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Hey @VodafoneUK I upgraded a month ago, traded in my old phone at 1 of your stores. Your Web says it takes 4 dys to transfer the trade in money. I'm still waiting 1 MONTH later. Being fobbed off by cust services. Im going to cancel bc of terrible customer services & brkn promises

    @vodafoneuk trying to order a phone via the app and nothing is happening. 4 days it's been saying there are issues. I'm not interested in hanging on the phone waiting to talk to someone- when is this going to be sorted?
