Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK I am visiting a elderly relative in Hospital, she is frightened of using her phone because she doesn't know how much allowance she has, I have called 44555 as she doesn't have a smart phone. It says it is not working anymore. How can I find out for her ?

@VodafoneUK I've been receiving calls from mobile numbers where the phone number is the same as mine but the last 4 digits are different, & the numbers are registered to your network. How do I report this?

@VodafoneUK really not impressed with the level of customer service. Was assured of a call back to assist with finding my son’s lost phone! Still no call back, so I’m calling AGAIN. The hours I have wasted trying to get to the bottom of this is getting beyond a joke! 🤯
