    @VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.

    @VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

    Well aren't you a load of sly ***** @VodafoneUK with your securenet? Totally not needed but you automatically have customers opt in, wonder how much you make from that? A pound extra from every customer each month 🖕🏻

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

    @MoneySavingExp No viable landline for 11 days since changing over to Vodafone My Wife is a vulnerable customer undergoing chemotherapy. All I get from customer services are kind words broken promises and no resolution. Ofcom advise they should have a priority service #Vodafoneuk
