@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

@VodafoneUK No. You had your chance and failed miserably. Really difficult to get through to customer service, when you do you keep getting placed on hold and passed between team members or even cut off. To clarify I only called to query my order. I’ve now cancelled it.

@VodafoneUK Other team member basically convinced me to cancel my (and my family's) service with you, because they refused to answer my question definitively and suggested you're knowingly selling goods that will be incompatible in less than 12 months.
