  @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

  @VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
