Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cheadle and nearby locations:

  • TyronWebster tyron. (@TyronWebster) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK has to be the worst network and the WORST customer service. I just want to speak to someone on the telephone not TOBI!

  • MDOG_Manchester Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • oneladyshow Charlie (@oneladyshow) reported from Salford, England

@MDOG_Manchester @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK I have been with them around 15 years too and I can’t even message people sometimes in the city centre. They offer absolutely no help whatsoever just same old bullshit replies

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Don't get your broadband with them either. Dial up is more reliable. I went back to them 2 years ago. Wish I never. Good job contracts due up soon

  • Anggarnett Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • JardiniereChef Simon Edge (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England

Disgusting @VodafoneUK just deactivated my secure net which I never asked for. Sneak charge is a nice way to put it. Blatant theft would be more accurate.

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • BallsallGaz Gary Hall (@BallsallGaz) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • bennymufc Benjamin Brazil (@bennymufc) reported from Urmston, England

@UnitedSheStands @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a shit network anyway customer service has always been bobbins with them lot

  • Find_Imran Imran Hussain (@Find_Imran) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK after many years of being a customer I have just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be cancelling all 4 services I have with you. #fuming #worstcustomerservice #avoid #phonenetwork

  • umar_m786 عمر umar (@umar_m786) reported from Oldham, England

@VodafoneUK hi anyone looking into private messages and reply and sort problem

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Furthermore I moved house they couldn't supply new address. They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Still tried to charge me disconnect fee

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

  • johncoles John Coles (@johncoles) reported from Bury, England

@christopherw @VodafoneUK Yeah, I moved from three and I’ve never been happier 😂

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • Jacklnspace Jack (@Jacklnspace) reported from Salford, England

@VodafoneUK @LewisHamilton I’d rather see big Dave from down the road doing this, not some millionaire celebrity

  • andyhersh Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported from Glossop, England

@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BranwenBingle Dr Branwen Bingle (@BranwenBingle) reported

So if it's not @VodafoneUK having the problem then it must be you @OpenreachHelp that is causing the disruption. This is not just about social use: this is seriously disrupting people's livelihoods

  • HJacksonajh Andrew Jackson (@HJacksonajh) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Have you watched it? Can you explain exactly what the problem is? I'm watching it right now and they're talking about nutrition. I can't see any reason for you not to advertise on it. You should take a look at what the Co-op have said, and follow their lead.

  • ashleyjsmills Ashley Mills (@ashleyjsmills) reported

@VodafoneUK no I'm talktalk, but I know vodafone customers in the same area are experiencing issues. @talktalk are completely useless so maybe you can look into it

  • Mr13alls Julian (@Mr13alls) reported

@VodafoneUK How do I cancel my account?

  • CPWTweets Carphone Warehouse (@CPWTweets) reported

@Mr_Sukhvinder @VodafoneUK Hi there, we are unable to generate PAC codes only the network can do this.- Jim

  • biggun_iver Iver Biggun (@biggun_iver) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 As a Vodafone customer I’m not happy about this and if you decide to pull your advertisement for good I shall be swapping my contract to a company more in tune with reality!

  • MaybeImALizard Peƶ (@MaybeImALizard) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Thanks guys, I've been your customer for 10 years, but I would have had to find another provider if my money was going to fund GB news. Thanks for saving me the trouble.

  • mcgovernsd87 Sam #NHSHero #KeyWorker #SaveLives #HandsFaceSpace (@mcgovernsd87) reported

Hi VodafoneUK, question for you, as a long standing customer of yours, and following your recent decision to pull advertising with @GBNEWS can I confirm should I cancel my contract with you, then no penalties will be incurred, as you say you need a safe environment to advertise?

  • ItsLondonAndy 🤷🏼Tall Andy🤷🏼 (@ItsLondonAndy) reported

@AppleSupport on the #iphone12ProMax is it possible to have a @VodafoneUK SIM card and an @EE esim at the same time or do both #esim and sim have to be the same network?

  • CPWTweets Carphone Warehouse (@CPWTweets) reported

@Mr_Sukhvinder @VodafoneUK If you are looking at taking the number you ported to Vodafone to another Network you would need to get a PAC code and then use it to transfer your number over. - Jim
