    Disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK - due to upgrade my sim only plan, can get better deals elsewhere but Iโ€™d rather stick with them, yet no interest in trying to keep me after YEARS of custom & told me how to get PAC code instead...

    To all following the @VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown saga, no broadband since Friday, no engineer looked at it until Monday, Thursday b4 we get an update (not a fix) cancellation process started, but only when I can phone, phone ruined in the process. Thanks @VodafoneUK

    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    Hi @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldnโ€™t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

    @NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

    @VodafoneUK - I go live today with my Broadband & have just opened the box to get the router out. I do not know if this was part of the design brief & customer experience you planned, but my - the smell! It is like a new magazine, new car, new book. My first experience is wow!

    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadnโ€™t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We had so many problems with EE when my dad died in October 2025. Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
