She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. The lady on the phone told my mum her date was wrong 🤔 Awful company

Contacted shop where she got the contract but they said there’s nothing they can do as it’s just over 30days. She cannot use phone. Could you help?

My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.
