    @VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands we’re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!

    @VodafoneUK mobile data network has been (still is!) poor of late. Not good enough for the money I’m paying. Highly unlikely I’ll renew when my contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK Apologies if i was not clear, my bad :) I told him the deal i could get with BT 2x Simonly for 12months 40gb with 5g for a total £27. He just read me the deals from the vodafone website that i'd already seen and didnt even try to match the BT price, just said he couldn't go lower
