Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

Hi @VodafoneUK I had a new fibre installation on 5/1/22 and it’s still not up and running, been told there is a @CityFibre fault in my area although I can’t find any evidence of this anywhere and no one else in my area is having any issues! Please help it’s been over 48 hours now

@VodafoneUK shocking service since i bought a sim card from your company. Tops up paid for but not allocated to my number and not paid back to me. Yesterday you gave me 1gb of data which has now all of a sudden dissapeared when iv been using wifi. Not call backs. Shocking

@VodafoneUK Went on Vodafone chat yesterday, person said he checked and there are no issues with the line. I did my own research and there were issues reported in my area. Its working at normal speeds now

@VodafoneUK Please help, my new phone hasn’t arrived but I’m being charged for the new tariff. After 68 minutes on the phone to be told to be told the issue was a 1 in a million GLITCH, but no idea when this MESS will be sorted out 👎
