Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

@NewWaveFella @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Sadly gone a bit too beyond the black stump for that. 😞 My ideal option would have been Virgin, but no service here.

@VodafoneUK what is going on with your WiFi? Any updates? E17 area and no WiFi 3rd time now. I only got the broadband in January ! No one picks up the calls and no online chat service. This is getting frustrating now !

@VodafoneUK Over 3 days now. Do you think its acceptable considering I amongst other people are in lockdown and relying heavily on a stable Internet connection? No one from EE, plusnet, BT are experiencing issues like this that I'm aware of. Such poor service from yourselves

@rnewham @VodafoneUK Yeah mine went off around then too. Thanks not just me then. Impossible to get to speak to someone and the guy on chat just kept telling me to reset my router. Poor support.

@VodafoneUK Hi Harriet and thanks for the reply. The number checks out! The guy on the phone was obnoxious and pushy, when I was able to speak and explain I was fine with how things are, he just carried on. I hung up and he tried to call again, number blocked now...Very Rude!

@VodafoneUK hi I have been now on two calls and my second calls for nearly a hour and half. Both calls get disconnected half way though speaking to a member of your team. This is awful customer service. Please help me!
