Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK I think you need to contact @herdwick_gal who is still with you and in need of help with a problem rather than me - I’ve left Vodafone after over 15 years and gone to @ThreeUK

@VodafoneUK The thing is an engineer wasn’t originally booked. They confirmed this by text (great service that- not) and they are now talking about replacing my router which I was also guaranteed that wouldn’t happen. Furious

@VodafoneUK Let's call a spade a spade. It's a customer retention department. Anyway after a 2 hour 9 minutes on hold, I finally got to cancel.

@VodafoneUK So I called the help centre, still charging £25 and received a DM, still charging £25. I’m pretty disgusted that a multi million pound company is charging customers with dementia money to help them with their phones

@VodafoneUK , shocking customer service, 4 weeks to do a broadband upgrade, never got done . Every time I called "it's a backend issue it will take 3 days" No call backs when promised. I have now cancelled and will never use yourselves again. Would not recommend to anyone !!!!!!

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Hi Manda, as I was told via DM, phoning is the only way to cancel.

@VodafoneUK any chance of someone replying to the chat I’ve been on for 5mins? Not great when your service isn’t working and there isn’t even a Hello from support

Absolutely appalling service from @VodafoneUK between you and @TalkTalk you have made renewal process painful and made a complete mess of it inconveniencing us in the process. Best of luck to your engineer (if they turn up this time)

@VodafoneUK horrendous customer service. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to get trasferred to someone based in the UK who simply just cut me off. Ridiculous

@VodafoneUK afternoon. I need to speak to someone, but getting past the stupid automated voice is impossible. We have some sending messages from a number on my contract, but not from the owner of the phone.

@galliccelt @VodafoneUK Why would they bother? It's an oligopoly. The fact I'm still a customer despite this sort of treatment tells its own story. Their other trick is demanding advance payment if you have a higher-than-usual bill, and blocking the account until you pay. Not great when working overseas
