@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK My mum has Power of Attorney over Dad (dementia) & has been trying for MONTHS to get the name changed to hers on their mobile account. She doesn’t need the stress caused by requests for unnecessary information. Just change the name!
