Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK hi, been trying to use the app to speak to someone but keep ending up with Tobi who can't help and is now doing my head in!! I recently resigned up for the entertainment pack, and wanted to get free spotify.. but not got the free spotify when I log in to it!!

@VodafoneUK so my mum bought a mobile from ee, then after 2 years moved to Vodafone on sim only, she moved to another network but sim saying network blocked, Vodafone claim they haven't locked phone but independant mobile phone shop checked and its locked to Vodafone network 1/2

@VodafoneUK she has spoken numerous times with Vodafone who said she needs to speak with ee or new provider. Question why can Vodafone block a phone not purchased through them and refuse to allow it to be used on any chosen network after contract is up? 2/2
