@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK if u get a 3month secure net trial make sure to cancel 2 weeks b4 as my free trial ended today but they have already generated a bill and charged me.. its only £1 but its the principal dont have a free trials that ends on a date but charge b4. I cancelled today

@VodafoneUK It’s sorted now but only by selecting the most stolen option. TOBi is awful and your telephone options cut you off and redirect you to TOBi. Really poor

Unfortunately our upload speed with @VodafoneUK has completely Tanked, so we are going to upload our gaming session after were done. 2.5Mbps is not enough so we had to cancel our stream today. We are looking at alternative suppliers as its getting slower each week.

@VodafoneUK Poor service,4 hours spent trying to get a PAC from you, text service fail, no access to my account, on hold for 2 hrs on phone and abandoned on chat twice being passed thru 3 teams, looks like avoidance to give PAC.I am legally entitled to a PAC. Ofcom complaint next
