Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

Finally come to my senses and decided to leave @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in October after 15 years loyalty. Their new system for upgrading is absolutely abysmal and makes zero sense. Great way to treat a loyal customer 👌🏽

Absolutely disgusted at @VodafoneUK had a business plan for 9 years upgraded it as usual. Once upgraded have been cut off the network. Been into store to be told it can take up for 24 hours. Now 42hours without a phone and getting absolutely no where shocking customer service.
