@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

@VodafoneUK if you are considering joining don't.... A good price but the most awful customer service. Unfortunately covid meant I had to move house - gave full notice but still being billed and chased for money despite calls and emails showing I've ended my contract.

@VodafoneUK your broadband service and customer service is dreadful. Selling people a ‘speed’ without knowing what the Openreach capacity is seems a fraud. Telling customers there is a fault but we have no info on the alleged fault (there isn’t one) gets boring. Poor

@VodafoneUK this is getting bad, I have been given a handset to use due to my yet uplifted hardware fault on Huawei P30 pro, unfortunately the new handset is crashing and unstable, yet you have put me on a contract for the replacement handset, at another cost to me at £44 monthly
