    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK I think you need to contact @herdwick_gal who is still with you and in need of help with a problem rather than me - I’ve left Vodafone after over 15 years and gone to @ThreeUK

    @CollieJake @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets That's rubbish! When I made switch to sim only I didn't have to have new sim - they just switched settings for me. No break in service - I was impressed and relieved. I'm on different network though. Hope they sort it out before Monday for you

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the quick reply Vikki. Was just a bit concerned as the email title was that there was a problem with my request. If all that is is that you need to contact Apple and it’ll take a few extra days then that’s fine. Confusing email title though

    @VodafoneUK Would be great if I could get a signal what is wrong with Vodafone Ive been told today they have oversold the net work and can’t deliver ?? If so it’s time to change this has been going on now 9 months . I keep getting told “we are very sorry you are a valued customer Blah Blah

    @VodafoneUK Bit confused. Applied for iPhone unlock today (I meet all the criteria). Forms completed and all good. Now just got an email saying there was a problem, but then doesn’t say what the problem is? Just says can take 10 days as manufacturer needs to be contacted?

    @VodafoneUK Hi James. The app never gives me my synch speed. But if you check it's not the first time I've complained about this. It's pot luck in the evenings what speeds in getting. Also that screen shot was me stood next to the router using my phone

    @VodafoneUK Terrible service this week. Reported no internet on Sunday and have phoned almost every day since to be told it's going to be fixed that day. Still no internet today and now I'm told an open reach engineer won't be out until Monday. Meanwhile have spent £££ on data.

    @VodafoneUK A decent customer service. Have tried to return a single after 14 days, was promised a return envelope that never came and now have been charged for the use o never did. Appalling.
