@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

  • nuala_hoop Nuala McAdams (@nuala_hoop) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@VodafoneUK After a week of calls to vodafone advisors and another 4 hours solid today my issue is still not resolved! Really poor customer service and cannot get anyone to help with my issue over moving address. Now possibly left with no internet upon moving...

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • rob_mast80 Rob Mastrangelo (@rob_mast80) reported

@VodafoneUK No signal in NN18 area for past 2 weeks, no mobile internet. So much for 5G. This is absolute rubbish for the monthly cost. What’s going on? Think we’ll both be changing network when contract runs out in 2 months

  • holdenweb Steve Holden #JohnsonIsALiar (@holdenweb) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks. Filled out the form. Still can’t work out why this issue is only occurring after four years.

  • mandychoccy Coffinsandme 击🦇 (@mandychoccy) reported

@VodafoneUK I have DM'd, I replied at 0905 to the advisor and since then I have had no reply or even acknowledgement that my replies/details have been seen. Your customer service over the last week has been appalling. I've gone from a happy customer to one that won't recommend you to anyone

  • mammadingle Ange Norris (@mammadingle) reported

@sandie_case @VodafoneUK Disgusting service. Hope you get it sorted as soon as possible for your Dad. Come on Vodafone. Do the right thing

  • boults19 Sam Boultwood (@boults19) reported

    @mr_era @VodafoneUK @EE would never

  • holdenweb Steve Holden #JohnsonIsALiar (@holdenweb) reported

@VodafoneUK Investigating low speeds I discover that Vodafone have closed their support doors. Tobi does NOTHING - the button isn't active. New fibre supplier laying past my front door sounds like an opportunity ... my Internet is running about 5Mbps, not 70 and I can't get help!

  • dunccampbell Duncan Campbell (@dunccampbell) reported

@VodafoneUK When I took the contract out it was £35. Several rises over the last 24monthshave been ridiculous. Capping me at 2mbps is ridiculous. Charging me nearly £90 for an early upgrade is the worst though. You guys are not helping yourselves these days

  • sheep20 CvB (@sheep20) reported

@VodafoneUK Haha, honestly, that ship well and truly sailed. Worst one was being passed from advisor to advisor for 4 hrs on Thursday before being told you couldn't help. I'm actually happy for the overpayment you took not to be refunded just as a reminder to me to never, ever use you again.

  • Zuni1990 Zuni (@Zuni1990) reported

I would not recommend them to anyone, 12 year with them and get treated horrible with incorrect information and not keeping their word. @VodafoneUK

  • natashareees natasha (@natashareees) reported

@VodafoneUK wondering if you could sort this problem, I had £15 of my money taken when trying to buy a big value bundle when the app decided to crash and the payment went through but I didn’t receive the pack! I’ve been into the vodafone shop twice and nothings been done
