Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BusinessBad4 Bad4Business (@BusinessBad4) reported

@VodafoneUK So what happens when your online chat doesn't work? Do we just hand over money and pretend everything is fine? When are you going to put a system in place for when things go wrong (Because they do, frequently). PR responses will be laughed at and ignored.

  • jillhookway Jill Hookway (@jillhookway) reported

I do rarely do this but I am absolutely appalled with @VodafoneUK and their lack of compassion in charging almost £300 to cancel a contract for an elderly person with dementia. Just appalling.

  • SteveJo41459936 Steve Jones (@SteveJo41459936) reported

@VodafoneUK can someone call me because I want to cancel my ipad contract. I'll keep my phone but if I can't cancel the ipad contract then I'll cancel the direct debit paying for both!

  • MikiVyse Miki Vyse (@MikiVyse) reported

Very confused with my current phone, I got an upgrade, it said it my SIM should work with in 24hours, it is in the phone and still is not working, but my SIM on my old phone is still working (on same number?) should I just switch SIMS? @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets

  • BusinessBad4 Bad4Business (@BusinessBad4) reported

@VodafoneUK So, did you read my message or just copy and paste your PR response. Allow to make it easy for you. THE CHAT BOT DOESN'T WORK. I can put this in another language if you prefer, but the fact remains that instructing me to use something that doesn't work is NOT A FIX!

  • TheGrump3Man Grumpy Man (@TheGrump3Man) reported

@VodafoneUK Do you not understand that the point is that you have now told me 3 times that you will do something, and then you don’t do it. Why would speaking to someone online change this? You are just categorically refusing to help

  • PiaKristmansson Pia Kristmansson (@PiaKristmansson) reported

@VodafoneUK You do know this has not been resolved? Now another customer service agent is trying to start it all over going back to the 9th of August. Just get me the refund as promised. For the love of god, please. Don't drag me around in circles. I had just about gotten over the upset.

  • katiemoran7 Katie-Ellen Moran (@katiemoran7) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling multiple times this afternoon only to get hung up on or passed around and put on hold for X number of minutes for the call to just end abruptly. Been a loyal customer for over 6 years and don’t expect this service

  • LP_Degen LP_Degen (@LP_Degen) reported

There really isn’t enough words to describe how poor @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK are. The only way I can get it across is to tweet how poor they are everyday. The end of my contract can’t come quick enough.

  • TheD1ceMan Dice (@TheD1ceMan) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK I'm getting 4Mbps on 4G with you guys (and frequently no data at all) and 50Mbps with @EE at the same location. Waiting weeks for "engineers to fix it" is getting tiresome. Looks like I'll be moving when my contract is up.
