    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @DKBJ13 @VodafoneUK Good luck with that, I went into the shop out of pure desperation to see if they could help resolve and they just told me to ring their technical broadband support and if no joy to return the kit as I was still in my 14 days at the time!! Hope you get your issue resolved 🤞🏻

    @VodafoneUK I've responded Sadie. To be clear my issue today isn't with the start up experience, which was abhorrent. It's to do with this magical charge I've received 3 months after leaving Vodafone and finishing my contract. I have already paid my final bill to my knowledge.

    I tend to think I'm very reasonable but @VodafoneUK is trying my patience. Why is your customer service agent disconnecting the call because I'm insisting I don't want to be billed and then refunded for a service you haven't provided. It is fraud to bill me in the first instance

    @JamiePatonG @VodafoneUK Honestly agree. Starting a broadband contract with them was hell. They let my line be taken over against my permission, delayed in reactivating and now the thieves are changing me months after I left without a bill or warning. They're the worst in the UK

    @VodafoneUK No point, each time I try connecting to Internet I experience interruption in connection. I have spoken to an advisor this morning at Vodafone and said they will back in 2 hours as everything should be working by then. My issue is this keeps repeating and my wife works from home
