@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

Hey @VodafoneUK spent the whole day trying to get an answer why my fibre was down using your system. Eventually after hours got to number five in the chat queue and then you all went home for the night and threw me out.
