By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

I’m trying to speak to a human to set it back up again but they won’t let me speak to a human as I have an overdue balance and it keeps diverting me to an automated collection service. Maddening.

Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

Waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes and gave up and tried the chat option they text me a link to. Over 1 hour on chat to be told I need to call. 1hour 45 mins later I get through to someone WHO HUNG UP ON ME absolutely fuming
