Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. The network was fine just the people running it at the time were arseholes Probably still are! Was an am innocent

This caused 3 hours of phone chat and the only ‘solution’ available to me was to cancel my contract for the 2nd phone and have a pay as you go one 1/2

As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.
