Marco Di Vito (@MDivito81) reported from Kirkliston, Scotland@VodafoneUK Other people on Vodafone having the same issues. Initially thought it was myself and my wife but it appears there is many more in the village
-
Ross Telford (@ROSSTEL1984) reported from Blackridge, Scotland@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!
-
Brian Thomas (@brian6211) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@corriganscott1 @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Doesn’t work as more than 1 number on the account. Got cut off again shortly after they sent the code. Was allegedly being transferred to s as manager. Formal complaint being submitted
-
Brian Thomas (@brian6211) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK After almost 6 hours of appalling customer service, they were finally able to get one BUT WAS THEN CUT OFF AGAIN when the chat was transferred to a manager to deal with the complaint. Despite them being aware of the issues; never even bothered to text or call back
-
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK Hi Kev, in nearly 10 years of being a Voda customer, I’ve never been asked for this level of id before, and as there is no accompanying privacy policy or statement, Voda has no right to request any. And don’t use the thumbs up emoji when Voda has zero moral ground.
-
James Rice (@jamesricedesign) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland3 hour wait to try and upgrade with @VodafoneUK or just move carriers to a cheaper deal 🤔 I assume the last stage of the customer journey is just called ‘****’em’ #customersupport #cx #servicedesign
-
Lisa Morton (@lisa_r_morton) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK That won't help unfortunately as he will need an advocate present to make sure he doesn't get taken advantage of. From experience That is what the Vodafone team will do if they are not supervised by an advocate. This is the second time the shop in Bishop's Stortford has done this
-
Catherine Gillon (@CatherineGillon) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK now stood for 35 mins in the gyle store waiting to pick up my new phone. 3 staff who have been with same customer since I got here. Not good enough. People behind just left to go to carphone warehouse.
-
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK No, mansplaining is always offensive, and Voda’s two-stage authentication is sufficient so this level of id proof is beyond reasonable. Then again, so is charging customers and not providing a signal ever 🤣
-
Graham Henderson-King (@gkse16) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@dolantalks @VodafoneUK They did the late payment charge for months with me when it was entirely down to them as they chose the day to take the direct debit. Took me really kicking off Judge Judy style to get resolution after a very snide ******* the phone said that I was an habitual late payer.😳
-
George Bowers | Actor (@georgebowers888) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I use Vodafone and have been doing so for 6 years - never had any problems with it 👍🏻
-
Scott Gourlay (@scottygourlay) reported from Livingston, ScotlandSo @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬
-
Christina Naismith (@ChristinaNaismi) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandDear @VodafoneUK when do you think you might respond to my complaint submitted in Jan 20 about your most awful customer service and followed by letter to your CEO - no acknowledgement & no response to my account being locked by you since 9 Nov 19! @MoneyTelegraph @BBCRadio4
-
Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@VodafoneUK But its not really the point. I was given a code last night. I can't retrieve it and I've to wait 3 days for them to fix it. I try new links l,they don't work. Why is it always the same drama? Its almost like you promote the scheme to get the businesss but don't want to honour it

I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

Julie McMahon (@JulieMc77303454) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wife’s name. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
-
MalEmet (@MalachiJaiEmet) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Once had to deal with Virgin Media, absolutely never again. They were impossible to deal with, just got sent from one department to another and it took weeks. Never again.

-
Randall Flagg (@RandallFlaggDT) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
-
Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.
