  • BrownScotmonkee Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈 (@BrownScotmonkee) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK absolutely no signal at my home address for the last few weeks. I pay a ridiculous amount for my contract phone and shouldn't have to rely on WiFi calling!

  • schue81 Steven Blake (@schue81) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Dealing with @VodafoneUK customer services continues to be a soul destroying experience! Who knew a simple upgrade would be so complicated...!

  • Brickinoz2002 David Sinclair (@Brickinoz2002) reported from Mid Calder, Scotland

@VodafoneUK really getting annoyed with Vodafone’s inability to do a phone upgrade they are now saying they haven’t received our old phone when it was handed in to their store as they never sent out the pack for it I think I might need to move our whole family to EE at this rate

@FuriousCoops I’ve had my same number for 25 yrs… all with @VodafoneUK .. I should be due a longe service award

  • tkerby Tim Kerby (@tkerby) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK just a note to say your data speed at Edinburgh Airport was down to 0.5Mbps all day yesterday with full 4G signal. Not just my phone either. May need investigating as it’s normally great

  • josephbrock Joe Brock (@josephbrock) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

  • scottygourlay Scott Gourlay (@scottygourlay) reported from Livingston, Scotland

So @VodafoneUK pair my eSim for new Apple Watch to the wife’s No. and after 24hrs of trying to sort via chat and calls, I know have to wait up to 72hrs because the 5th level of help I need to rectify don’t work a Sunday. Meanwhile I’m supposed to just leave the watch off. 🤬

  • AGDun_162 Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK They will try anything to try and retain him .. by upselling. However he will never get any better deal than a brand new customer. He has every right to cancel out of contract and must say ,no offers period!.

  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK But its not really the point. I was given a code last night. I can't retrieve it and I've to wait 3 days for them to fix it. I try new links l,they don't work. Why is it always the same drama? Its almost like you promote the scheme to get the businesss but don't want to honour it

  • ginandtoxicuk G (@ginandtoxicuk) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

Ah help look at DMs @VodafoneUK @Vodacom @VodafoneGroup my iPad order ia missing

  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK I raise an issue with Vodafone advantage Thursday. I was told they would get back within 72 hrs. I'm just wondering If that includes weekends? Thanks

  • gramps1874 UK Blinds Edinburgh (@gramps1874) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@scottishchicp @VodafoneUK Was with O2, since I first got my mobile, changed this year, EE much better deals & no issues with network

  • AGDun_162 Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

  • kermiegames Kermiegames🐸 (@kermiegames) reported

@VodafoneUK any reason why 2 of your advisors are saying you can't upgrade through a third party such as carphone warehouse? As a long standing customer, and ex-staff member, looking to pay off my contract to upgrade early, this is rather alarming to hear 2 advisors lying

  • SiM099 Ian (@SiM099) reported

@VodafoneUK Surely Vodafone must have documentation explaining how this works... or at least inform customers that they're not going to be able to configure their own network before signing up? I certainly wasn't told Another item in the list of reasons I with we hadn't switched!

  • thevitiligosikh Nirjeet | thevitiligosikh (@thevitiligosikh) reported

@VodafoneUK I know it needs a PAC code. You are really not reading my tweets properly are you? basically my dad has a contract with vodafone but wants to cancel his current number and update the contract with another number...hence I have tried this with PAC and STAC. STILL IT DOES NOT WORK!

  • zozanyasar Zozan Yasar (@zozanyasar) reported

  • WCumbrianWalker WestCumbrianWalker #FBPE (@WCumbrianWalker) reported

@VodafoneUK I've had a few phone calls now. @vodafone messed up my order and couldn't guarantee honouring the promotion from my sign up date. I've went with a different provider now; Very poor from such a big company. 👎

Aren’t @VodafoneUK nice? Everyone on the planet knows our bills skyrocketed this month and I’ll be 4 days late making my usual payment. Their response? Threaten to send bailiffs. Absolute piece of **** attitude at the worst time possible. Have they even tried contacting me via

  • SiM099 Ian (@SiM099) reported

@VodafoneUK Could you please point me towards the documentation and/or terms and conditions that informs the customer that this wifi doctor is used and explains how it works?
