Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@mindsetcoach121 @EE @VodafoneUK It's worse everywhere. I've been getting 1mbps for two months now in a 5G area. Only happened when I 'upgraded' to unlimited with unlimited speeds! It's an utter joke. Top dollar for bottom dollar service.

@VodafoneUK Upgraded but phone faulty and returned. Two months later, over 20 hours trying to sort out. Being billed upgraded plan £ and charged for faulty returned phone. Unbelievable lack of customer care!! Vodafone sort it out - All I want is old SIM only plan, simple!!!

@VodafoneUK APPALLING SERVICE . Do not use. Business account set up - 4 hours of my life wasted. Faulty phone lines as soon as set up. No one has any details of our order calling them using vodafone wifi. STEER CLEAR.
