    So spoke to @VodafoneUK today and they actually told me what the issue was without treating me like a child who has never heard of computers. So the issue is with @CityFibre. I was promised a call from them today to resolve things. Needless to say, it didn’t come.

    @VodafoneUK I am vodafone customer from 4 years.I have requested upgrade to fibre broadband 500MBPS on 9th September and got the confirmation that new upgrade would be activated on 10th October 2022. But 13th September 2022 my existing broadband got disconnected.
