@VodafoneUK our broadband with you was due to be activated yesterday. Today, still no broadband. All lights on router indicate no issues, but can't connect wirelessy or with cable I'm having to work from home and need access to internet

@VodafoneUK @PhilTelesAmaro Phil did you get your issue resolved? We’ve had constant issues with our gigacube from Vodafone. They promise phone calls from their tech team, which never happen. Turn it on and off helps for about 5 mins then back to below 1GB here! Of course during the trial 14 days it was ok

@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.

@poojabangera @VodafoneUK For roaming sim replacement reasons you should manual force it to a roaming partner@in network search, it should work. Certainly I activated Voda AU payg sims online in other countries when roaming, it didn’t need to hit the Voda AU network first.

@skytv @VodafoneUK moved from Vodafone broadband to sky broadband. I have had more internet issues with sky in one month compared to 5 years with Vodafone. If you are about to choose sky my advice is don’t go to sky - even pay for boost - no idea why
