  @Mr_Dreadful @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot and that senior person, (as well as contacting George and sorting this out, soonest) needs to look at how this happened, who else it's happened to, how to fix that up and make sure it never happens again. Too many cos setting up horrible systems and comping the loudest victims.

  @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Their customer service is awful. I’ve had to make a complaint before&had a bloke flirting with me for 45 mins who then asked if I was happy now?! I’ve had more contracts opened in my name than needed&lengthy waits for a new phone…can’t believe a company like this exists in 2022!
