@VodafoneUK our broadband with you was due to be activated yesterday. Today, still no broadband. All lights on router indicate no issues, but can't connect wirelessy or with cable I'm having to work from home and need access to internet

Finally thought they were gonna sort it in DMs now only had 2 messages since 16.39. Unbelievable mate. How can they start live chat and just not reply
