@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

Hey @VodafoneUK you’ve just sent another text, which you’ve been doing continuously since 4 nov to apologise for network problems where I live, + also often WFH at. Its almost a month now, so think it’s time for more than an apology? ie I shouldn’t have to pay this months fees?

@VodafoneUK This is ridiculous. We want to cancel our Broadband. On the phone/chat since 9.20am and being transferred already to the 7th person!!! How hard is it to cancel a contract??? Will not renew all our other contracts Mobile/phone ect with you!!!

@VodafoneUK Have been waiting and waiting all week for your Black Friday deals as per the website, only to see that all iPhone deals are way more expensive. Thanks for that, absolutely no help, will go to another network. No deals at all, total rubbish
