    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK You’re having a laugh, aren’t you? The live chat service on the website didn’t work at all. Himself has had to go through the naff AI on the app, got passed to a ‘person’ & was then passed up the chain to what seems to be a real person that’s able to deviate from the script

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried twice to cancel my service with you and you have not completed the request, I’m at risk of you affecting my credit rating. As a service company that has this power you should have the necessary technology and process to make sure this does not happen.

    Hey @VodafoneUK Your website still logs you out due to inactivity when in an active live chat session, no warning it's about to time out either. Whoever changed the login process recently really doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing.
