@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is appalling. I lost my phone on Monday. Phoned for an upgrade. As I had no phone for verification,its going to my local store. I should have had a email yesterday. Nothing arrived. Vodafone can’t phone the store? So maybe a wasted journey 😡

@VodafoneUK The issue is, that a credit check seems to fail automatically if you have not been a resident for more than three years. So does this mean I'm basically a second class citizen unable to purchase your services for the next few years?

@CISASUK I went through a complaint process via your online services. Clearly you are standing alongside with the big rich filthy company such as @VodafoneUK and made final decision against the suffering customers. Especially to vulnerable customer who could die any minute.
