. @VodafoneUK I wanted to simply notify you of a change of address coming up. 30mins on the phone. Constantly on hold. Nancy tried to tell me she was going to close my contract today. Then said she'd call back. She didn't. Did the change of address go through? Who knows. Help!

  • loulou84 Louise Wright (@loulou84) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes I did this ! It said it had expired and to contact customer support . I did this also but got nowhere . Then was told the "3 month rolling contract " I was put on would cost me £550 to exit even though was put on it in December !

  • gerrym52 gerry mc cormack (@gerrym52) reported

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Bullshit, my plan is going up 8%. So cut the crap.

  • Reebetcha Haymaker (@Reebetcha) reported

@VodafoneUK have increased their monthly fees by 9% wtf. With everything else happening I’m going to be constantly skint.

  • joannescotland Joanne Scotland (@joannescotland) reported

@KellyQuilt @VodafoneUK It irks me no end that companies are allowed to essentially put whatever ****** clauses they like into contracts. The only choice consumers have nowadays is to pick one unethical, profiteering, loop-hole abusing company over another. We never benefit.

  • AlbertGiubilini Alberto Giubilini (@AlbertGiubilini) reported

@VodafoneUK thanks, I am going to do that, though I hope you understand that asking someone with broadband problems to go to a chat online to solve the problem is not ideal. Because the problem is precisely that one can't go online with the wifi (need to use the phone for chatting).

  • simonlant Simon Lant (@simonlant) reported

@daviddunninguk @O2 On @VodafoneUK there is this mad black spot between Rawcliffe Bar Park & Ride and Clifton Moor (Home Bargains) - the length of Manor Road (YO30 5). All signal just drops completely. Vodafone used to be atrocious in the city centre but seem to have nailed that recently.

  • littlecatparry Terri-Anne Parry (@littlecatparry) reported

@VodafoneUK an hour and a half in a live chat trying to resolve an issue, only to be put back into a queue to speak to a Vodafone advisor! Seriously Vodafone; don’t tell me I have to start again from scratch???

  • MrD_Computing Ian Dickinson (@MrD_Computing) reported

@VodafoneUK That's great, but will you please put a system in place that allows customers to actually talk to someone to sort out issues and answer questions. Support is dreadful, can't speak to anyone, been trying for hours.

  • vegasbaby2012 Opsiedo (@vegasbaby2012) reported

@VodafoneUK And mean while the reception in my house is still awful
