@VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK Nah, avoid them like the plague! Moved all 4 of my family’s contracts to other suppliers, after 14 years! Vodafone are a nightmare, customer service lie, no loyalty to long standing customers, wrongly charged for things they then won’t reverse. Biggest pain in the *** ever!

@VodafoneUK what is the best way to get an issue resolved? Where can I email a complaint to? I have spoke to your call centres for 2.5 hours and every time we nearly resolve the issue the call is disconnected and no one calls back
