I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

Never known an internet connection drop so much as @VodafoneUK home broadband tried most now and they may not be the cheapest but @bt_uk definitely the best for connection shame still have months to go for contract end date

@VodafoneUK I don't have an account number. The full story is appalling, from lying about not having my mobile number to contact me to cancelling my orders less than 24 hours after 1 attempted call. I'll pick it up with the original complaint where they said my account was closed.

@VodafoneUK Just don't ever ever get it on Vodafone, ever. Did I say ever enough? Put it this way . Crap signal. Diabolical customer service. Try and leave because of it and watch them try chase you for nearly £600 a sim only contract during a pandemic. Good luck with that.
