I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Problem was resolved this morning. It’s a problem when one can’t connect with anyone: service phone was closed & your homepage looked as if Vodafone was down. Outage often happens for 5-15 min during the night. But last night was min. 1.5 hours before we went to bed.
