    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

    6 days ago I contacted them again on Twitter and they said it would take 5 days for their credit support team to resolve it. But nothing has been done up to date this is very disappointing from @VodafoneUK

    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @VodafoneUK @786maq Same here Maqsood, also Rochdale. Pointless using the Message an adviser using DM it does not work. Keep it public, they might actually do something about it. Third time this has happened, I'm ready to quit and join a decent service you can communicate with!

    @VodafoneUK Why am I only getting 1.5mbs in full fibre again, this is the fourth time in a week the fibre has been down, I get in from work to the family saying no internet again dad, seems like every other day it's down, and this is full fibre pro, it's a joke

    So, @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK How the bloody hell have you fixed the packet loss at peak time issues, for 3 weeks, then buggered it again. 20% loss between 6pm and 12am I just want to spend my evenings chilling online but can't pls fix its actually a JOKE
