    Can anyone in authority at VODAFONE please help my friend who has just lost her husband and has been treated abominably by the team there, I can’t begin to explain how shockingly rude & insensitive they’ve been.We aren’t getting anywhere with the call centre @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @VodafoneUK offering me a £6 a month discount on my upgrade which is the same as a new customer is laughable when been with them over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them 👋🏻 am sure @CPWTweets will get me a better deal

    @VodafoneUK After 2hours 10 minutes I managed to get it cancelled But still awaiting email confirmation. But you miss the point. 10 minutes to upgrade 2 hours 10 minutes to cancel it.

    What's the longest you've been in a phone queue for? I'm currently on 1 hour 56 with @VodafoneUK I was on their "chat" service for an hour and a half this AM before their agent disconnected the chat. It's one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Horrendous.

    @RickyTFC @VodafoneUK Signed up to a two-year Vodafone contract in 2015 and after the worst service and hours on the phone I committed 10 days later to see it out and then NEVER renew (after 12 years with them). Been with 3 since 2017 and it’s so much better.

    @VodafoneUK Don’t do it, I’ve issues with my phone and have warranty and insurance but Vodafone won’t do anything to help. 27 years I’ve been with them and once this contract is over I’m off. I recommend any other phone company than Vodafone who customers services is awful

    Vodafone @VodafoneUK your signal is terrible. Our car just broke down and me and my mum were stranded walking up and down a dark road trying to find signal to phone the RAC. Took ages & so dangerous.
