@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

Why has @VodafoneUK changed the way they charge for mobile phone contracts. I've been a customer for approx 10 years and have 3 contracts for family. Now upgrading they want me to pay separately for the phone and the bill. 2 different bills. Time to say goodbye me thinks

You can't plan onan exception for every random phone number that might text or call you in the middle of the night if a loved one randomly ends up in a hospital, and it's a too late to tell someone to DND for something they didn't expect

@VodafoneUK still waiting two weeks for a Reuter that we are told every two days will be with us in the morning! Broken promises and outright lies by your staff. Today I was told that I was a priority call within four hours…and its well over that!
