@VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

@VodafoneUK Spoke to support who got me to connect to master socket with a microfilter to see if it helped. I explained that the broadband was fine at 77mbps and they told me they would connect in and sort out. Heard literally zero since. Honestly don't think even understood issue.

@VodafoneUK I've been really happy with the service from Vodafone. I'd like my prize to be donated to a local animal sanctuary who need blankets, bedding, food etc., all year round so that would help them massively!
