    @VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 the person who served us took from 12.40pm until 6.15pm to sort out an upgrade on two phones. We sat there thirsty and hungry for nearly six hours, and they did not as requested transfer the sim and data. Absolutely disgusted with your service.

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm on BT and can't recommend them. The signal in our house is terrible but literally anywhere else is OK for some reason. I was on an O2 pay as you go but I was constantly being called by marketing people trying to sell me a contract which was so annoying and they wouldn't stop!

    @VodafoneUK I don't need to cancel atm I just needed a estimate if its worth it :) I broken my phone that I have on your contract and I have been looking at the new iPhone 13 Pro max and it is a lot cheaper on a different provider. So just curious to see my early cancellation charge xx

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I suggest getting free SIM from Vodafone and check that signal is ok where you often are like at home. Personally I buy phone outright and go Sim only. Also if you want Vodafone, try VOXI which uses their network but cheaper. Completely free social media

    @AbbieEaton44 @EE @VodafoneUK I recently joined Smarty which uses Three network. And got deal so only £3.50 a month. Normally £7 for 8Gb
