Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@VodafoneUK I’m receiving repeated unsolicited calls from ever changing mobile numbers. It is obviously a scam because when I answer they at I have Tax problem. ( I’m a pensioner and pay no Tax) I have tried ringing 191 and cannot get connected to a human being.

@VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone at Home landline/broadband customer. Today there has been a bombardment of unsolicited calls from dodgy people claiming to be from Amazon & Microsoft. Can these nuisance calls be blocked? Unable to note number as Vodafone has withdrawn the 1471 service.
