Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

I've just done it for a PPI investigation. If they sold you something and not delivered its a trading standard issue. You have consumer rights!
