  @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

  @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

  Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
