Hey @VodafoneUK any update? Your lack of response doesn’t support the increase tbh! Ignorance isn’t bliss despite what some may say.

  • TrumptonRiot
MttB (@TrumptonRiot) reported from Baddesley Ensor, England

This country is run entirely on smoke and mirrors. Anywhere else, decent network coverage, decent WiFi, decent trains. Here we’ve got @VodafoneUK’s pretend 3G coverage, @VirginTrains extortionate pricing for standing room only and a WiFi service that literally doesn’t do anything

  • blueghostuk
Michael Pritchard (@blueghostuk) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

  • sam_holden5
Sam (@sam_holden5) reported from Lichfield, England

@Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

  • sldf26
Soph (@sldf26) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

  • Ronan_Barton
Ronan Barton (@Ronan_Barton) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK being charged for 2x connection plans for a watch I purchased, no one seems to be able to help! Wasted 30mins today so far!

  • Hamesh_

@VodafoneUK I would accumulate all the smaller monthly prizes and treat myself to an iPad Pro with the large display screen #VeryMeRewards

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

  • Ash_470
Ash❗️ (@Ash_470) reported from Birmingham, England

Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

  • Ste_Tonks
Ste (he/him) (@Ste_Tonks) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

  • MarkBradburn3
Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England

And @VodafoneUK even your CEO complaints department agreed on a recorded phone call that it was ridiculous l, but it’s process. Well here’s an idea look at the process and think of the customer maybe.

  • maranello48
Todd Crooks (@maranello48) reported from Arley, England

@VodafoneUK we’ve had a really bad experience with your customer services today. 1) your website wouldn’t let me order an upgrade, it crashed every time you selected a store to collect from

  • MrSuperSprout
Mr Sprout (@MrSuperSprout) reported from Lichfield, England

@Nicktendo_ @VodafoneUK I know Vodafone in Lichfield for years have had signal problems so might be related , though yeah ofcom should look into it as throttling ain’t allowed and no need either .. they use it sometimes to get you to upgrade to high value packages as well

  • chrismyers66
Chris Myers (@chrismyers66) reported from Coalville, England

@VodafoneUK Hello how can I cancel my mobile broadband account. Your phone lines are too busy and that TOBi thing is pointless

  • JamieHand101

Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

  • didilfc7
Didi Percival (@didilfc7) reported from Nuneaton, England

@VodafoneUK logic.... Puts customers bills up by 2.5% but still won’t offer a RELIABLE network or a discount on customers bills when they’ve not been able to use their 4G due to their network being down AGAIN in the CV10 9LE area. #sortitout #unreliable #poorcustomerservice

  • robbiederby
Robin Palmer (@robbiederby) reported from Birmingham, England

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

  • MajedMir
Majed Mir (@MajedMir) reported from Birmingham, England

Hey @VodafoneUK, what's going on with your network today? My data is abysmally slow! I've got b/s speeds instead of m/b. Yes, my connection is at full and I'm on a 4G+ connection.

  • MarkBradburn3
Mark Bradburn (@MarkBradburn3) reported from Birmingham, England

Because @VodafoneUK I am a customer you will be losing. So can someone with common sense sort this out ASAP

  • MsChloe96
    Chloe Dannielle (@MsChloe96) reported

@VodafoneUK A truly awful service. How dare I move house? Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and they’re still chasing me for money that I don’t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Promises made and unkept.

  • HeatheandPat
    Heather and Patrick (@HeatheandPat) reported

@VodafoneUK Absolutely disheartened by my experience today - can’t get to speak to someone who can do something - everything has to be logged onto the system in the hope they will pick it up. 30+ years as a Vodafone customer is likely to be coming to an end.

  • Pearoni
    Pearoni (@Pearoni) reported

Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

@VodafoneUK Using Deloitte LLP, Vodafone-Three argued at Reading Crown Court on the 8th April 2026 that I did not have a Subscriber Service telephone Contract that was taken out on 03 January 2019 after a New Promotion. I had a £20.00 monthly Big Bundle and changed to monthly

  • dean_jones91
    Dean Jones (@dean_jones91) reported

@VodafoneUK great service have to watch iplayer on my phone using 5g rather than on my TV using my superfast broadband because all it does is buffer! Been absolutely shocking for the last week or so!

  • CD_Zombiee
    CD_Zombie (@CD_Zombiee) reported

@VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist

  • pauljonesAIR
    Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported

@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
