Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Whole family on @EE now. Twice told equip was being sent to improve signal and twice never arrived...like any signal. For that I left. For wokeness I wont return ever.
