First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@stephenpollard @VodafoneUK I got advice from somebody on the phone about changing the phone I had that kept breaking down no matter how many times it was sorted so I went to a shop and told them this. Advised in the shop I had to find this guy I spoke to on the phone and deal directly with him.

@VodafoneUK Cabling fixed. Socket where it was. Openreach guy confirmed the cabling was in a bad state and likely to fail - wires were green with corrosion. Next time a customer asks for cabling to be sorted before it fails remember this.

Hi @VodafoneUK when my phone is on 4G nothing loads or syncs (websites don’t load, emails don’t sync/update, can’t send images or voice messages). This has been going on for a couple of days now...could you help? I need my phone to function when I’m out of the house!
