Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

I had no idea @VodafoneUK were so impossible to deal with. Been with them for years and never had an issue. Try to cancel one thing and I'm getting no help at all. Please stop telling me TOBi will help. It just sends me to pages with numbers to call. Terrible customer service.

All it took was contacting the complaints department to get my @VodafoneUK issue sorted. 24 hours of chasing around and no help to 5 minutes of actually getting assistance.
