    Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK .I’ve been a loyal customer for years and apparently I’ve used 7gb of data in 24hrs and been charged £150 for this, I’ve been told that the tech team class this as “normal usage”- my normal usage is less than 4gb a month! 😬😡#beyondangry

    Get sold a @VodafoneUK contract in-store with discount. Get overcharged on the first bill. Go back into the store and get told they would never give out that kind of discount. Call customer services, on hold for 30+ min because they're "busy"... Hands down worst phone provider.

    @VodafoneUK hi. My parents recently signed up to your monthly packages. I specifically didn’t tick any boxes asking for service messages or marketing, yet theyve been ‘bombarded’ (how they feel) with 6-8 messages each trying to sell SecureNet. Not clever... #GDPR
