I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

I’m sure you can check cctv, I appreciate the assistant was serving another customer, but for him to not even acknowledge me or ask for the member of staff to come out and serve me is appalling. Definitely second guessing renewing all phone/internet contracts.
