    @VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

    Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

    @VodafoneUK I cancelled my Vodaphone pay monthly in December and the date my networks moved over to o2 was 3rd jan. I payed a bill on 3rd jan to Vodafone. I still have a direct debit due to come out 3rd feb. Is this correct or should I cancel the direct debit?

    @VodafoneUK our minimum term for our broadband contracts ends soon. If we do nothing do we go on to a rolling contract which we can cancel at anytime? Or do we go on to another 24 months contract where we have to give notice? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent hours over the last few weeks trying to have someone sort my internet problem. Nobody every calls back, nobody listens your customer service is terrible, I am paying for a service I’m not getting. PLEASE sort out sending an engineer
