@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK getting broadband with you is a JOKE. Engineer was supposed to be out here on the 7th (!!!!!!) of March to activate the service. JUST DIDN’T BOTHER TO SHOW UP - no call, nothing. Re-arranged for today - NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN. This is GARBAGE customer service!!!!

@VodafoneUK just moved to you for broadband, but unimpressed, cant login to activate account always getting an error message, sent emails with conflicting or irrelevant information, I signed for broadband, NOT mobile, VOXI and useless support so far. No info on router delivery
