I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone.
