Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

  • Sarahlou21222 Sarah Louise Cawdron (@Sarahlou21222) reported from Felixstowe, England

@JonathanAnsell @ThreeUK @nashbybass @O2 Lucky I’m on virgin they are saying that they are sorting O2 network out ASAP so hopefully it will be up and ready soon xx

  • __ryank Ryan Kent (@__ryank) reported from Woodbridge, England

@ThreeUKSupport Beautifully sunny day here in Woodbridge, nothing to drop the reception coverage at all but again there’s still no coverage at IP2 1DS. I last mentioned this months ago but things are still terrible at this location. Maybe you’re working on the transmitter again? Hmm. Nah!

@kaneashman @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Kame. Take a look at @Three_Is_Broken. There are many unhappy customers at the moment with @ThreeUK. Appears that all the issues customers have are falling on deaf ears @ThreeUKSupport

  • Lucy_Tomlyn Lucy Tomlyn (@Lucy_Tomlyn) reported

Just found confirmation that its a scam and @ThreeUK are no help whatsoever. Won't even make it so the money won't come out again. Won't change the number so it can't be charged. Cancelling my contract. And don't expect me to pay for it as you've left me no choice

  • Lucy_Tomlyn Lucy Tomlyn (@Lucy_Tomlyn) reported

**** @ThreeUK! I have had my number stolen and signed up for premium messages so basically I'm having my money stolen and they are refusing to help me. #criminals

  • BuddzyD Buddzy Dee (@BuddzyD) reported

@ThreeUK why do you give wrong information and blame the customer. You say Go roam was allowed in USA. When I enter USA & get 3 sms charging me & make a call to three to ask why. I’m charged for the international call eventho you made the initial mistake.

  • moonlightalba85 Chris Atkins (@moonlightalba85) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It has been fine today, it got back to normal in the afternoon yesterday. Wasn’t sure there was an issue but it’s okay for now. Thanks for the reply 👍

  • sxg____ s (@sxg____) reported

@ThreeUK is the worst broadband ever. Spoke to about 50 people today and was on the phone for two hours just to refund a phone I got less then 24 hours ago. Every single person I spoke to didn’t even know if I could refund it or not. Complete and utter mess 🤬

  • jimmyleephoto Jimmy Lee (@jimmyleephoto) reported

@gnasheruk @ThreeUK You’re lucky to get a bloody signal ! Im switching asap

  • therobwatson Rob (@therobwatson) reported

Massive thank you to @ThreeUKSupport for not being arsed to answer this question. Your network may be good but your service is horseshit. Perhaps employ some grown ups in your customer service team rather than infants who find making memes more stimulating than doing their job.

  • DamienInLondon dk (@DamienInLondon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport >£1,000 / year customer. Renewal decision is made. No wonder you ignored messages or operators feel they can freely act like cowboys. Nobody ever follows up or action complaints. Lost count of how many times I wrote I already did what you suggest but well feel free to ignore it
