    @THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!

    @THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈

    Hi @ThreeUK my 4g is super slow too. No excuse as I live in town and full signal. I tested on an o2 and much speedier. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends in October.

    @ThreeUKSupport Beautifully sunny day here in Woodbridge, nothing to drop the reception coverage at all but again there’s still no coverage at IP2 1DS. I last mentioned this months ago but things are still terrible at this location. Maybe you’re working on the transmitter again? Hmm. Nah!

    @ThreeUK just ordered a SIM card from yourselves unfortunately, took ages to gett home postcode to work, had to faff to get it sorted, but never gave me a delivery address so now it’s going to be delivered somewhere I won’t be for weeks. Brilliant start... can we change this?

    @heyimdaf @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I'm getting about 25/25 Mbps with two bars signal on one end of my flat. On the other end I get five bars signal, but only a few kbps - unusable.

    @ThreeUK My service started to slow at start of lockdown. I rang you and you switched mr from 4G to 3G. It improved a bit and now signal is so unstable I can't use it at all. If you don't sort it I will get my broadband changed.
