    @ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

    The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

    @jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

    @ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

    @ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

    So I can’t work from home using my mobile because @ThreeUK have terrible signal (1 bar always) and my work system therefore won’t connect to my phone. But yet my bf has three bars! I refuse to pay a cancellation fee for a shoddy product. So annoyed!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have no WiFi calling signal, I have internet, everything is up to date, speed is 295/357 mpps, WiFi calling switched on, due to my location there is no three signal so have to use WiFi calling. Please help!

    @ThreeUKSupport how long till your service is back up 4g and signal last for 1 min after restarting phone you clearly have a problem and can only see tweets from you guys denying this when been thousands of reports all over the uk
