-
χΔΝĿΔΜ (@xanlam) reported from Wellingborough, England@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.
-
Paul (@PAULDREWERY) reported from Bedford, EnglandJust wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
-
Jess Adams (@JessLeighA) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandReally disappointed with @ThreeUKSupport WUNTU app. Never ever get free or discounted costas or greggs anymore. Don’t use any of the good things as don’t have any near my town 😭
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport Only to cancel the insurance and to request the refund. As far as I can tell there's not much point in ruining one of your call centre staff's nights.
-
Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Moulton, England@ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service
-
Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing
-
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..
-
David Harrison (@snapperdavid46) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA victim of @ThreeUK today. ‘No Service’ displayed; No ‘WiFi Calling’. Not a heavy user, only £10:00 per month BUT did miss a fairly important call this evening!😡
-
#Bs👨🏾💻 (@quincy11k) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK This shit is pissing me off uno I just wanna use my phone, I better get unlimited data for a whole month since u lot are wasting my whole day..
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).
-
Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Burton Latimer, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service
-
James (@_JamesN) reported from Bedford, England@ThreeUKSupport Yeah it’s back to normal now.. it was how you dealt with my request for help that was the issue
-
Di Latchford (@DiLatchford) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandShame on you @BBCBreakfast openly mocking Threes suggestion to turn a phone on and off. Told my colleague to do this yesterday and guess what, she reconnected to the network. It's not as stupid as you might think. @ThreeUK
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England"I know you don't want insurance, so we'll give you 30 days free and it'll auto-cancel before renewal". I should have known that was going to go wrong. After two separate calls to @ThreeUK I think I am now getting a refund. Hopefully an accident rather than shady practice. 😕
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.
-
Craig Hawker (@CraigHawker) reported from Wellingborough, England@ThreeUKSupport I try to never assume malice if there's the possibility that something just went wrong due to human error, but "accidentally" tacking on insurance when someone point blank told you that they didn't want it is not "disappointing" and excused with an emoji.
-
Mackson Wakama (@macksonwakama) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Monthly Boost 6GB add-on for a while but it still shows, and I'm still charged

Mike Dazolam 🚜 🇨🇦 🇳🇱 (@Organichuman0) reported@ThreeUK Oh my god...I'm sitting here in my face nappie panicking because I haven't received my "emergency" alert..I don't know how I'm going to cope! Please Please can I have another experimental injection??? I'll eat bugs to save the planet.
-
A Little Bit of a Window (@elaine77_04) reported@1928White @ThreeUK I’m interested to know what emergency situations in the UK you think that this would make any kind of significant difference to?
-
JIX5A (@JIX5A) reported@ThreeUK Not a just number of customers, every single ThreeUK customer has not received #emergencyalert so don’t lie
-
Shaun T (@shauntremayne) reported@EverythingC64 @ThreeUK It might be your on an old 3G aerial or poor signal. Any LTE(4G) and 5G devices even without sims will alert. So will not work if you have wifi calling in a poor signal area. The mobile devices all went off even though they was showing wifi calling or lacking a sim.
-
Darren Smith (@Shredguitar666) reported@ThreeUK I’m still waiting for my emergency alert, I’ve been sat here for 3 hours now. All my settings were correct.
-
Robert (@Robert26489946) reported@ThreeUK Will cancel all my contacts ASAP with you
-
Richard John (@RichardJohn) reported@James_Long_UK @ThreeUK i was at home in N1 and didn’t get it, wasn’t a lack of signal
