Been a customer with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for over 9 years, always 24 month contracts. But as we outright own the latest iPhone’s we don’t need to upgrade or have a contract!

No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

They expected me to come in person to do this. My friends with other providers have much easier options inc nominating someone. So disappointed!
