When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

    @JSxully @ThreeUK This is why I left Three for Vodafone years ago. Using Three in major cities became a serious issue for me where Vodafone has never once caused me a signal problem. Plus I know ways to get the deals.

    @ThreeUK there's no way for me to fix this online. I'm in Turkey tending to a family emergency and it's very important I can access data, I now have hit my limit and your useless help service has not been able to allow me to simply opt in to pay the £5 daily data passport.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to pay a bill for my iPad but can't get anywhere useful! The app asks for a password, I can't reset it because iPad can't receive texts, /my3 dumps me to a blank page during card payments, and the number given for support (0333 300 0500) doesn't work!
