I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

Three looses a customer, SMARTY gains one. The @SMARTYMobileUK sales guy still gets their bonus this year yet the group business is down ยฃ60/year. Thanks @claudelittner

O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what Iโm getting

Letโs not talk about how rubbish 4G and the WiFi has been!!! Starting to consider switching over and Black Friday is coming up...

Signal today is very low and phone is intermittent

WhatsApp calls on WiFi working so problems with 3 signal still my friend only 6 miles away has no problems with calls.
