Joe (@ssorhpesoj) reported from Poole, England@ThreeUKSupport Managed to phone the 3 number on the website and spoke to someone but got a different answer to what was given to me last week. I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported from Swanage, England@ThreeUKSupport why has nothing been loading on my 3G or 4G for the last couple of weeks ??? It’s so so so slow
-
Mikaela Yurukova (@MikaelaYurukova) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK ever since that big network outage last month, I have experienced minor outage on a number of occasions, including half an hour ago. -
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry to say the back of a crisp packet is more helpful than what I got - clearly the advisor is not trained to help beyond very basic queries and doesn’t have access to any resources to help him. Now on a lengthy (cold) transfer to customer services to log a complaint
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported from Swanage, England@ThreeUKSupport I have 4 bars and 4G but I haven’t been able to load anything for weeks the signal is just not strong at all considering its saying full bars. Took 4 attempts to even be able to write a tweet
-
Gary Denness (@garydenness) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK hi guys. I received a text today telling me that the Spend Cap will no longer apply to any purchases made with your Three Pay service. This, you tell me, is to give me control over how much I spend. That’s a porky pie isn’t it? This new policy means I have less control.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Have now demand he either finds me a more senior colleague or a manager as the answer after a five minute hold to “investigate” was “we know there’s a network problem” which is the same tired excuse I always hear from THREE
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that issue has cleared up but I still have a lot problems where calls drop even when I’m not moving - doesn’t happen all the time and never happened on my old provider on and phone (only been with you a few months)
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s like I’m doomed not to get help. I’m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - he’s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers don’t fit his script he doesn’t know how to help me
-
JimmyUnderwood™ (@jamescusens18) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I need someone to call me back tomorrow to help sort out the mess that you’ve created. You’ve taken my phone number and swapped it with my mum (NHS worker), now she is without a phone. Complete mess.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi this is terrible I keep dropping inbound calls. I have coverage and WiFi calling but people are struggling on non repeat attempts to call - including Vodafone trying to fix my broadband can’t get through!!!!
-
Mikaela Yurukova (@MikaelaYurukova) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK Can you at least fix the network connection. I have a Huawei device at home for wi-fi which is horrible, but also the mobile 3G/4g is even worse....
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandI’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye
-

-
TheAmazingMsM (@OhDoBoreOff) reported@ThreeUKSupport help! Someone has a Three account in my name and defaulting on payments.
-
LeeBee 🐝 (@leeb_com) reported@ThreeUKSupport are you experiencing signal issues in Reading? It’s been awful in areas for days, particularly at my gym in Mapledurham where it’s always strong! Yet only 1 bar 4g!
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedSo when will it happen? And your misleading tv add that your investing 11 billion in to the network yet you fail to say 4.3 billion of that is to buy @ThreeUK #ukmobilenetworks #vodaphoneUK
-
Ian Birch (@IanBirch1978) reported@ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine
-
micro manager. (@MicroManager45) reported@ThreeUK can you conform network issues, I have no phone, no broadband..
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
micro manager. (@MicroManager45) reportedCan you confirm network issues, I have no phone, no broadband day 2 I'll cancel both if I hear nothing back @ThreeUKSupport
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
