    @Kiai_Kas @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hi Karen yesterday down here in Dorset I couldn't make or receive calls when I tried to ring out it said number not recognised and dropped. 3 came back to me on here to say engineers working in several places trying to fix it. Signal today is very low and phone is intermittent

    @ThreeUKSupport a HUGE thank you to the Amazing Jonathan who took ownership of my WiFi issue, he was upfront and honest and came up with a solution. Just a shame that the WiFi Didnโ€™t work for us in our area as we have been with 3 for years with our mobile phones and

    @ThreeUK hi guys. I received a text today telling me that the Spend Cap will no longer apply to any purchases made with your Three Pay service. This, you tell me, is to give me control over how much I spend. Thatโ€™s a porky pie isnโ€™t it? This new policy means I have less control.

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s like Iโ€™m doomed not to get help. Iโ€™m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - heโ€™s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers donโ€™t fit his script he doesnโ€™t know how to help me

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas whatโ€™s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Havenโ€™t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    I will never understand about Sales... SMARTY is a MVNO owned by Three Mobile - I was already on @ThreeUK. Three looses a customer, SMARTY gains one. The @SMARTYMobileUK sales guy still gets their bonus this year yet the group business is down ยฃ60/year. Thanks @claudelittner

    @ThreeUK Can you at least fix the network connection. I have a Huawei device at home for wi-fi which is horrible, but also the mobile 3G/4g is even worse....

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi this is terrible I keep dropping inbound calls. I have coverage and WiFi calling but people are struggling on non repeat attempts to call - including Vodafone trying to fix my broadband canโ€™t get through!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 4 bars and 4G but I havenโ€™t been able to load anything for weeks the signal is just not strong at all considering its saying full bars. Took 4 attempts to even be able to write a tweet

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m sorry to say the back of a crisp packet is more helpful than what I got - clearly the advisor is not trained to help beyond very basic queries and doesnโ€™t have access to any resources to help him. Now on a lengthy (cold) transfer to customer services to log a complaint

    @keavaoloan @ThreeUKSupport Same here in BH18 I have managed to make one call today but all the others number not recognised and dropped. WhatsApp calls on WiFi working so problems with 3 signal still my friend only 6 miles away has no problems with calls.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

    @Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.

    @helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way
