    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @ThreeUK imagine being a customer for over 15 years, almost never having missed a payment in that time, if ever, and being declined a second phone on the network. Absolutely terrible. Don’t be surprised if my own contract isn’t renewed when it’s up in a few months...

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport we’ve been having issues with mobile data (both 3G and 4G) for a few weeks now. It’s incredibly slow and takes minutes for webpages to load. Tried soft reset, aeroplane mode etc but nothing improves it. FY8 2HS

    @ThreeUKSupport Been happening for a while... intermittent signal, no coverage and this is across the country. Paying well over the odds for my contact now I have compared to other providers. Feel really let down my you guys. We wanted to support new companies hence loyalty but now had enough

    @MttLacey @ThreeUKSupport Exactly I ordered my upgrade on Tuesday and it should have been delivered on the 28th. I think it’s more annoying not receiving any information or confirmation regarding my upgrade and delivery. My problem isn’t that there is a delay but no communication whatsoever!

    @ThreeUK @DeniseDainty1 Bloody cheek saying there is no impact on customers! We can’t topup, we got no warning about the issues, no solutions, and services give inconsistent info. You should be crediting everyone with £10 or more as backup. I’m stranded without data! Will be contacting Ombudsman.
